Love the concept of this kid but he consistently drops an easy pass for every catch he makes. Pretty much the reason we lead the league in dropped passes. Honestly, I think he should be option 4 behind Washington. Thought?

The most infuriating WR we've had since Nate Washington. I agree, give his snaps to Washington, especially after those 2 tough catches down the stretch to seal the game.

There’s a reason he gets thrown to....he’s hard to cover. Not sure the same can be said for Washington.

Being hard to cover means **** when you drop 2/3 of the passes that hit your hands.

We are sitting at home from the comfort of our living rooms...

Let's be real, in the NFL, you hear footsteps....The Ravens DB's are ready to crush you....All our wide outs were wary of getting popped...

Dionte had a bad game. It was disappointing to say the least. Too many key drops culminating in the last one which led to the brown TD and sweating out a first down. I really do like him however.

My issue is with Claypool. He is consistently a slow starter with with drops and fumbles early in games on key plays that can extend drives and potentially lead to points. That’s a terrible habit to get into.

Lastly, I thought we’d see a sneak or two once Haley left and coach Randy became OC. Are we lulling the league to sleep and will break it out in the playoffs? WTF??? Too many 4th and 1’s not being converted!!!!

Claypool and Ebron stunk too. If you're gonna call one out, call them all out. JuJu had had easy drop and Washington missed a potential touchdown.

Washington's wasn't a drop though, the defender was contesting the pass to him...that would have been a tough catch

It's the exact throw that you want your QB to make and your receiver to catch. The most dangerous pass in football now. These guys are paid to make the tough catches.

Like it or not, Johnson is our number 1 receiver. His drops are maddening, but he makes a lot of plays.
Ben has to get rid of the ball quickly. Johnson gets open quickly. So Johnson gets tons of targets, along with Ebron, on very short passes. Kinda like being able to run the run the ball....

It was an ugly day for all, but DJ did gut out a couple tough 3rd downs. The entire WR room will work on fixing this problem.

Wednesday football.
At least the Steelers acknowledged they didn’t play well.

Hope these major injuries are not a blow to the team

Diontae is an electric player with the ball.. you have to keep feeding him and take the bumps and hope he cleans up his ball security issues eventually because the payoff is enormous

I do agree though that JW should get looks too. We have 4 legit dangerous WR's and a dangerous catching TE. And they have no egos. Just keep spreading it around and let JW get some love too as it is clear Ben trusts him to make plays.

This has been a trend from multiple games for Diontae, not so for the other two you mentioned.

Limas Sweed got open a lot... somehow he didn't last in the NFL.

Those drops by DJ reminded of Sweed. Especially that last 3rd down that would have gone for 15 or more. Clanked right off his hands like he was holding two bricks.

Claypool is in a rough patch. They all stunk but Juju and to be fair Washington had two targets and one clinched the game.
Ebron is a big issue. He will finish with about 600 yards and 6 TD which is good but he drops a ton of catchable passes and his blocking is ****. So you have Vance who could help the run game and Ebron's targets could easily be taken up by Washington etc.

DJs issue is concentration. On the drop in the red zone, turned his head and started running before securing the catch. Drop at the end of the game, short armed it.

He's not watching the ball into his hands all the time. He's thinking about making the big play before the simple one. As soon as he realizes the simple ones lead to big ones the better.

Ebron is doing it too. At least with Claypool, it's usually because he has a guy draped all over him. But he's a rookie, he'll learn (as will DJ I hope).
