man, i'm not sure i've ever seen it raining that hard during a football game, particularly at the end. no team could've mounted a game-winning drive in that monsoon.

but lol at baltimore.
 
but some here and several talking heads have said the rats are the 2nd best team in the AFC right behind the chiefs
 
Looked like the goal posts i on one end were going to come down they were on a slant. Would have made for a tricky field goal attempt ..LOL. That was crazy near the end of the game how bad it got.

We still made that 3-0 thriller of a game , rained the entire game. We didn't even know we had to evacuate our hotel, a waitress told us at a club we were at. Few more minutes and our bags would have been on the side of the street.

Also we attended one helluva hurricane party at the Embassy Suits we moved to. When they have storms in those parts they party.

No, these were different years apart. The punt sticking in the ground was the muddy game in Pit. Ben's win in the hurricane was his rookie year in Miami.
 
I did love how God said, I'm turning up the water pressure on that last drive for the Rats. Either that or Bellichek now has a weather control machine. I wouldn't put it past him...

But put this game in context. It was a rain game on a ****** field, with tough winds. The top rushing defense in the league, and the top scoring defense in the league is built to win these games. They did not. They are supposed to win these type of games, no matter what the other team is doing.

This Ravens team is not as good as the announcers would lead you to believe.

2 different games. The 3-0 ball stuck in the mid game was at Heinz Field in 2007. The hurricane game was Ben's first start his rookie year and had been moved from afternoon to evening in Miami because of the hurricane.

Oops..I see this has already been clarified...

Unless Tomlin truly has managed to turn a corner... How bout the first playoff game for the Steelers?
 
Pfftttt.....that's was a sprinkle shower last night. I remember the 1976 Steelers vs the College All Star game. That was God dropping a lake of water on the field. They ended up calling the game in the third quarter and never had another Super Bowl winner vs College team again.

Go to the about 2:30 - 2:50 part and watch....

 
Grateful to see the ending of that game. Now the Rats have a showcase showdown with Henry and the **** next weekend with both teams at 6-3. We come out of that one looking even better for a top seed in the conference. We need a little help so we have some breathing room on KC and then the top seed isn't too far out of sights.
