Hey SN!

Steelers just ran the gauntlet of 3 straight road games with 3 straight wins. Not always pretty, but an ugly win always trumps a pretty loss in my book!

I'm sure we have a lot to talk about, so shoot me your questions so Hunter and I can have a heated, intelligent discussion.

I appreciate the input as always, team!

So does 8 and 0 feel damn good or Watt?

If I had to Pouncey on that question to Chase the answer, there is a Ray Ray of hope when they get around Tuitt.

But if you Snell what this team is cooking, you can always enjoy a Roethlisber or McDonalds. Otherwise Watt is it all (Okora)For?

What does this offense need to do to get the running game going and points on the board in the first half? Our slow, sluggish starts were thankfully able to be overcome the last two weeks but they can't continue to fall behind and win games. We certainly would not want to fall 10 or 13 points behind KC in a playoff game.

Our OL has had issues opening holes & not assisting our RB's by letting the D in the backfiedl, making all our RB's look pedestrian. Yet Ben has adjusted to getting the ball out quickly and has been sacked less than ever. Ben is thriving in spite of the O-line, & at the same time our lack of a running game is being exposed.

With our running game stuck in neutral, what adjustments need to be made in the running game so our RB's can contribute again?

Looking ahead to Cincy - division game, chance to put a real stranglehold on the Division lead...but Joe Burrow. The rook is making some waves and we have had some struggles defensively. What do we do to stop this CIncy offense and can we get after Joe B more than we did with Dallas.

so what is your view on the dallas defender jumping over the OL to disrupt the kicking game?

the way I understand the rule is that a player can not get a running start to jump over the line, if he is off the line of scrimmage he can run up and jump as long as he doesn't cross the LOS or land on another player. If a player is within a yard of the LOS at the snap he can jump over the OL without worrying about where he lands, as long as he doesn't use a teammate to get aid in his leap.

I haven't been able to re-watch the game, but if I remember right the defender was on the LOS at the snap, but I am not sure how he leaped over the OL

Are the issues in the running game caused by the RBs, the OL, the play calling or do we just have ****** coaching ?

will Williamson take over the starting spot from Spillane, if so does he get the green dot or who else could it go to?

can I assume you bring the heat and Hunter brings the intellgence?

did the rules committee meet to make it legal to try and tackle Claypool on the deep routes or was that just a godell edict to the refs and other teams?

Biggest concern going into the second half of the season:

The Runblocking from the oline
The runstopping game (Particularly depth at nt)
The secondary’s regression from last year
Sudden holes in the special team coverage
The inability to play a 60 minute game
The offensive playcalling outside of the no huddle spread....

Oh a division loss to the Bengals would sting, But would it hurt more than a loss to the PATHETIC jags?
Can we just lose both to even things up with the Ravens for the second ravens game?

2021 season...as in next season as in not losing a game from now until week 9 or 10 of the 2021 season

Sorry for the late.

If Ben ROETHLISBERGER and maybe two others are sidelined, what would it take for the league postpon the game to allow for our guys back ?

What is the extent of Spillane's contract, how long he is here and cost $$$$

Coach Mike Tomlin and Ben ROETHLISBERGER have both shown a little bravodo recently, I'm for it provided it doesn't get carried away, how does that type of talk affect the rest of the team ?

Lastly

Hunter has some pretty good input when it comes to the STEELERS, how would he handle being DRUNK COPE for one night ?

THANK YOU both for all the great topics and knowledge of the podcast(s)

Sorry I didn't get these before the cast!

1) You have to have positive tests each day to postpone a game. Titans had like 10 days with new positive tests.

2) Steelers have a 2yr contract, but were the ones that developed him as an UDRFA. His contract is up this year, but the Steelers have Exclusive FA rights. So he can only sign with us. Much like Hilton the last couple years.

3) They're undefeated and setting records each week. They have room to be proud of their accomplishments!

4) We are both HUGE Craft beer fans. We'd do just fine!
