If this is true Ben deserves alot of credit.

We need more no huddle. Our offense is ranked near the bottom of the league in total offense. Whatever we can do to crank out more offense is a good thing.

I like the “muddle huddle” up tempo and taking the short and intermediate stuff in order to dominate TOP which Steelers Led prior to last week. Keeping our defense on the sidelines resting is a big part of our success to this point, and it would be crucial against a team like KC. We’ve said for YEARS...”Why Can’t Ben do what Marsha has done to the league for decades now, death by 1,000 paper cuts?” That’s what we’ve seen this year and IT WORKS.

This is less than a resounding endorsement of Fitchner if you ask me

exactl what I was going to sy. Going to backyard football during a pro football game.

I think this needs to be Fichtner's last season, regardless of how the season turns out.

The offense is ranked number 1 for wins and number 5 for points per game. I'll take those two measures over yards (when was the last time a team made the playoffs or won a Super Bowl based on more yards ahead of a team with more wins over a season, or won a game based on more yards after scoring less points than the opposition?) all the time.

As I said in the other thread, if this were any other QB but Ben the media would be burning the world down to slobber all over his ****.

I've been saying this for years going back to Haley. And I don't think it's a coordinator problem, I just think Ben plays his best when he can read the D and call the play on the fly. It's so obvious when we are terrible for 2 quarters then all of a sudden move the ball at will in the no huddle.

i may be totally off here. But in the past didnt they try not to use the no huddle stuff for fear of tipping their hand to future teams? iirc, that was a reason given as to why we dont do it more.
