KC/NE Game

Edelman's play was waaay below the line tonight. Wonder if he's missing hugs and kisses with Tommy Boy

I can’t believe for first time I pulled for Pats

*I hear enough Brady crap living in Tampa

They got unlucky with Cam.

I have this feeling Chiefs will mirror 2011 Packers. Rely too much on Mahomes & it’ll catch up. Get lax on D. He’ll carry through regular season.

Andy Reid doesn’t have reputation for squandering playoff games for nothing.

Would have been curious to see Belichick throw ball control vs. them

The Chiefs had trouble with the Pats size upfront. The Steelers are similarly built with beef on the DL, but the steelers have much more speed at LB. Basically, there is nothing the Pats did defensively to keep the Chiefs in check that the Steelers can't replicate.

lol right. and if we end up playing them, watch mahomes go for something like 12-13 for 275 yards and 4 TD's in the first half, ending the game before Tomlin and friends even consider making adjustments at halftime. easy pitch and catch all half long. you and I both have seen that episode before, let's not kid ourselves.

I hate Bellicheat as much as anyone. I was concerned they were tanking for Lawrence. They are 2-2 should have beat Seattle. They hung in with the world champs for over 3/4sThey will probably end up with 9-10 wins and contend for wildcard. Now in my opinion Newton is someone you can win games with not championships, so it will be interesting what they do in the long run. But considering they lost two big defensive pieces, pretty damn impressive overall.

I agree, but truthfully Tomlin is ok with Reid usually I think. But this Mahomes is a different cat. You are really going to have to slow him and score a lot. Our defensive backs will have to get a **** of a lot better than they have shown the first 3 weeks to hang with these guys. In the end the Steelers will likely be a wildcard team with a pretty sweet schedule and an early exit. I really look at the Packers and McCarthy and the Steelers and Tomlin. Those coaches had similar success. They dumped McCarthy and are just fine, meanwhile he will be strung up in big D soon and lucky to get another coordinator job. Just cause a guy has some success doesn't mean it needs to be a 20 year gig.

I saw a vulnerable KC team. NE controlled the clock but really ****** themselves when they got in scoring position.

Sometimes I wonder if all you and Omar want to do is wallow in misery. Do yinz ever just enjoy a game? You both seem happiest when miserable.

I absolutely enjoy every Steelers win and totally understand that style points and power rankings don't change standings. That said, if you honestly believe that this team that has won three games in the fourth quarter against 3 teams that are a combine 1-11 is where it needs to be to contend for a championship, I'm sorry, but you are ****** dreaming.

And all this team needs to do to be elite is get better DB play and let Ben call the ****** plays exclusively or damn near it. Every ****** game is giving away a 1/4 or a half. Just let him call all the plays with tons of no huddle. It is unbelievable to me that they still have Fichtner this involved in the play calls. Run, run pass for the first half. its like they want to keep **** alive for the second half when they could deliver the knockout blow way earlier.

I don't think for one NY second they stopped cheating. Not giving a chronic cheater credit for anything..

I get it. I hate the guy. But c'mon. Genius with maybe some key shortcuts sprinkled in at key times is a lot easier to believe than just cheating. I believe his eye in the sky Adams is better than most at predicting play call by formation. P.S. the Claypool pic must have gotten hung up at the border which is kinda what I figured would happen.

I am happy that we are winning when we are not playing at our best and certainly don't want to be peaking in September and hit out ceiling. We are making improvements and still winning, for me that is all that matters.

Just the other day someone was saying they got it, so I am sure you will get it soon.........

I will give some of it is shortcuts, but on D a lot easier to defend when you know the signals.. Obviously it is a combination of that and some good coaching. but I have always felt he should have been banned after the first few times he was caught.
