Nice write up Cope and absolutely right !!! In the back of my mind I wonder what our wonder-wall "coach" thinks??? For the life of me I can't figure out why?



MonGreif turned bad and in a hurry. I wanted him to succeed so bad that I overlooked to many things about him. In my mind he was really hoping to turn on the after burners and become a star......... WhoALy chyt I was wrong.!!!

They both sucked for us. Mongrief wasn't brought in to be the featured WR like Green was at TE.

But he was. Moncrief was signed to replace AB. He was a solid receiver and good route runner before getting here. Then he completely forgot how to catch. Green at least made plays and got us a TD.

I’m no doctor, but in football terms.

This is a diss and a half. Berm just roasted some ex steelers
 
I agree with you - if you convert their actual production to an effective number of games you'd expect for that production, and compare that to their cost, Moncrieff gave the Steelers 1/4 of one game (and I think I'm being generous) for $4.3m or $17m per game, whereas Green gave the Steelers 4 games of production for $7.15m or $1.8m per game. In other words Moncrieff's production was nearly 10x as expensive as Green's. Whilst they both proved to be bad signings, Moncrieff was by far worse than Green.
 
Moncrief is the worst by a long ways.
 
Remember the movie Dante's Peak.......... well we bought in after Donte's mountainous meltdown.... who knew .... a million dollars a catch ...... that is summmmmm production

Just curious as to weather or not Troy Polamalu was a good signing or not? Troy had a HOF career yet you never acknowledge that.


Can you list WHO we should NOT sign / draft in this up coming draft. I'm talking the reALISTIC draftees that would possible be there at our turn to pick. Just kick out a name 2nd / 3rd / 4rth . Thanks in advance.

Comparing a bust with a man whose head was wobbly the whole time in a Steeler unifrorm is just insane...

Pretty hard to play ball with a career ending Concussion sequence...

Dudes career was taken cause of that....He wasn't a bust in terms of talent, just damaged goods.

Dude was broken...Imagine if that was me or you?

To go to a team and NOT be able to play because your body is broken is different than a guy with the "Dropsies"
