I am sure he could get a starting gig elsewhere. I know he is a life long Steelers fan, I hope that weighs in on his decision to stay or go....

They need to sign him. Foster is gone and Pouncey didn't look great last year. Who knows what they will get in the draft. Should be a no-brainer.

We were a better running team with Finney in the line up. I hope that we keep him.

you cut Foster sign Finney and draft one of Michigan OG in the 3rd and as for depth perhaps the Temple C in the 4th or 5th.

They absolutely need to keep Finney. Our run blocking sucks *** and a lot of guys on the OL are getting old. I hope the Steelers can address the line in the draft this year. It's crucial to getting that ball rolling on the ground. It will also help the passing game immensely.

NICE write up Jessica and I like the "play for my lifetime steeler" aspect of the article.

I'm on the keep him if absolute possible. FOSTER has been the weak link for awhile so I see him gone and Finny signed.

I also think 2 of the first four (EDIT:) or five picks need to be OL.

Salute the nation

even if you keep Finney I like him better as a G I would still use 2 picks in interior line men 1 LG and 1 long term replacement for Pouncey

Finney is an easy guy to root for. He's come a long way and it'd be great to see him earn a starting role and nice contract from the team.

Finney and Foster are both gone. Finney will get paid elsewhere and would be stupid to not chase the money. The game last season where they sat Finney and put Feiler in at guard while Foster was out was telling. Feiler will take Foster's spot and Chuks will be RT. First pick in the draft will be an interior OL.

I am not 100% positive Finney is gone. Especially if they are allowing Foster to get on with his lifes work.

Foster will be the cap move and Finney will get more money elsewhere. They won't be able to afford Finney, especially if they retain Bud. Releasing Foster, Baron, and Chickillo get them close and its not a slam dunk that they cut ties with Vance, simply because there's no depth at TE on the roster and the draft is hella weak at TE.
