Matt I don't see them spending a second on a D-lineman for multiple reasons. One they have three DLs they rotate with. Two RB and the Oline has more question marks attached to the positions. I think the NT or DE would clearly have to be the BPA for that to happen. And even then it could be a trade up or down situation before investing a second rounder on the position.

Hey there Matt, thanks for the nice write up and explaination along the way. I think this "Monday mock draft" is a pretty good idea and will be looking for it weekly.

I'm on slash's line of thinking on the DL guy. I also think I try for an OL 3rd-5th as we NEED to start and soon.

I would wait until Free Agency settles down and the combine/ Pro Days are concluded before I start with Mock Drafts. We're going to lose McDonald, Dupree, Foster and maybe even Finny. We could pick up a replacement Guard in FA But there isn't much out there in the Steeler's price range.

It's going to be interesting the next few weeks.

Man that is some crystal ball you got there. Dupree isn't going anywhere unless it is a tag and trade. But seriously even doubt that. McDonald isn't going anywhere in a thin position unless you are bringing a free agent in. Finn might go elsewhere but would think it wouldn't be a hard resign. I can buy Foster getting released. Hey one out of three isn't bad.....ok maybe it is.[emoji16]
