The Steelers official Twitter just released this video of Ben Roethlisberger throwing a football. Roethlisberger reportedly met with doctors in California yesterday. No reports have been released yet, but here’s the video! ? pic.twitter.com/aH3IAbTEnr — Pittsburgh Steelers (@steelers) February 22, 2020

GREAT to see. On a side note Ben has the skinniest calves I have ever seen on a grown *** man.

Great to see! Keep up the good work BB.

As for skinniest calves ever, Joe Montana may have him beat. Those things were like twigs.

Slim and trim, looks like he lost weight. Although his weight loss wouldn't reflect on a scale because of that beard.

I suppose the beard will be coming off soon. Throwing a football is definitely much better than tennis balls. Good to see he's on track.

This is HUGE! He wasn't supposed to get clearance to start throwing a football so soon. They were talking a tennis ball or a nerf ball. As long as he goes slow and follows doctors orders, he will be ready for OTA's and camp.

I thought he had on his "Flack Jacket"

GLAD to see this and who was the ******** saying he quit on the STEELERS season..........?

Salute the nation

Just to think some people was whining that he was overweight. No the only concern is how will the arm respond.....

It's amazing how many on Twitter are bitching about his weight, not how great it is he's throwing, but how heavy he is

The rehab process begins. Lots of atrophied muscle groups to bring back to playing shape. Good luck Ben, no slacking; big work ahead.

Ben doesn't look that heavy in that video. Sure, he could lose a few pounds and he will when he starts fully working out again. But, just a couple of years ago, he was bigger than that when he was playing during the season. I expect Ben to be down 10 to 20 lbs before camp, which will put him right where he needs to be. Heck, shaving that beard alone will drop a few pounds.

Good to see the big man appear to be ahead of schedule. Gives us all hope for 2020 although would feel better with a veteran backup for insurance.
