Hi guys,

I know I have this in a few other locations, but I want to stress the importance of Coach Hawkins and his school: Beecher High School, and how badly they need new lockers.

Just take a few seconds and follow this link to vote for Beecher High School. Vote often.

It would be huge if Steeler Nation can put his school over the hump to earn new lockers!

Voted a few times as well. Just a little comment. It's amazing how different conditions and expectations are comparatively to where you live. As I watched the video, the commentator talked about the unthinkable conditions. Compared to where my kids went to school with their gleaming washrooms, gym, workout rooms, locker rooms and so on,he is probably right.

I have been to a slum/orphanage school in the bowels of New Delhi a couple times. My daughter volunteered there every year for 5 years. Talk about eye opening. You have to see it to believe it,if you have never been to India. What that school would give for those old lockers and gym, bathrooms! Like I said just a little rambling comment. Hope they get their lockers!
