Game Balls, Game Goats & FU's.............vs Clowns.....

I thought the refs were fantastic. Remember how they saw Decastro's nose hair move so that when the defensive tackle charged into him, it was "false start, offense"? Brilliant ******* call.

To be fair, the nose movement was probably a natural defense response to Fieler passing gas.
 
I read earlier today that the Steelers outlawed duck calls from being brought into the stadium. Did anyone else hear that? I was telling my better half (from Cleveland) yesterday that at some point, if he keeps doing well, the stadium will be full of duck calls. She has been saying duck was going to be our QB for weeks now, including when Ben hangs them up. She has a 6th sense about these things so who knows.

This is true. Noise makers are banned from NFL stadiums. I think they took the extra step to note duck calls so there was no BS from the league about the noise.

If they weren't banned I'd bring one next week to AZ.

Those two conversions by Duck are what put them in position to succeed to start with.

They threw the ball on 3rd-and-6 with 3:40 left on the clock, and converted.
They threw the ball on 3rd-and-6 with 2:40 left on the clock, and converted.
They threw the ball on 3rd-and-6 with 2:00 left on the clock, and didn't convert. This time the coverage was there, so all they needed to do was take the sack instead of throwing the ball away, and all of your ENDGAME concerns are still met...with the added bonus of having a chance to win right then and there if somebody was open like they were on the prior two third downs.

There was a message on social media on how to get around the ban. By recording a duck call on your phone. Definitely wouldn’t be as loud as one....but one could imagine it.
