That Motherfufcker is still the coach
The Redskins will make Tomlin an offer that he would be foolish to turn down.

Wouldn’t it have to be Colbert taking the offer?

One of the Tomlin fanboys in a Steelers FB group just said, "Name ONE Steelers player who did better after he left. Just ONE."
I replied, "Johnny Unitas".
Don't mess with old guys, we remember things. I gotta quit going to those places, the stupid is strong. But it's like watching a train wreck, you can't look away.

There are a couple who have had thriving careers (maybe not better) Mike Vrabel, Rod Woodson, Kevin Greene, etc. but the point is well taken. We have an amazing track record when it comes to assessing when an athletes is “done.”.

There was no room for Vrabel here, we had Porter and Gildon. We offered Woodson more than he ended up signing for with the Niners I believe. Greene was 34 and Carolina was looking to make a splash, we weren't going to pay a 34 year old OLB what they were.
I'm not implying that you were suggesting that we should've kept any of those players.
I think if he was a Tomlin fanboy, he meant a player leaving during Tomlin's head coaching tenure. Can't blame the Steelers for going with Brown over
Sanders.
I did follow that with Preston Pearson (1st player to win a SB with two different teams), Mike Vrabel, Chad Brown, and Emmanuel Sanders.I would have replied Sanders and for Cowher, Mike Vrabel.
