Game Day Thread: Steelers vs. Ravens Part One

What is the rationale for not taking the opportunity to win when it is awarded to you? Why do you say “**** it” and give it to the other team? Use footnotes if needed.

It means he did not have enough faith in the offense to go score a TD which wins the game without the other team touching the ball.

So I suppose we all get an extra peek at Hodges this week. It is what it is. What is most important is they don't quit. Never quit!

It is what it is and it's done when it's done and ****** Mike Tomlin needs to be done.

In hindsight the decision is not totally without merit. If your kick return team can't get any good field position, it's going to be easier to stop the Ravens and score a field goal from decent field position than score a touchdown from terrible field position with your third string QB and virtually no running game.. So at least there was some rationale,

That's not to say there weren't a lot of other stupid coaching decisions.

Instead of going home and playing Fortnite, JuJu needs to take his as back to the lab and learn how not to fumble.

JuJu fumbled twice in 3 seasons. AB fumbled 7 times in 9 seasons. Everyone who carries a ball will fumble on occasion. The timing is unfortunate but it was a great defensive play and I'm not sure what Fortnite has to do with anything.

I guess you forgot how JuJu shed a tackler earlier in the game to score a TD. But he fumbled once. Guess he sucks.

This loss is not on JuJu. We had numerous opportunities to win this game.

Ive seen Belichek make the same decision...

I wasnt opposed to it...

The decison actually worked....sans the fumble.

The RAVENS always punch at the ball. They were doing it all game and JUJU's fumble was a punch...We rarely punch or try to strip the ball.....

I've fumbled away a few things as well...Worse than a football

That would take actual coaching from our head coach who in his only season as DC his Vikings were last in the league in pass defense. Of course we immediately hired said moron as our head coach. 1 13 years later and our secondary continues to suck and said head coach continues to look stupid and inept.
