Thought I'd start a thread on cut-down day, to see who gets waived around the league.

Besides twitter, this seems like a pretty good source with frequent updates.

Raiders cut TE Luke Wilson.. first name to pop.

He's a decent pass-catcher but has skinny-*** legs, like a 14 year old kid's. Don't see how he holds up as a blocker. But I've seen his name bandied around on Steelers sites....
 
I can't remember which teams to pay attention to on cut down day.... the really good teams cause they have stacked rosters thus will be cutting decent players, or the really ****** teams cause they're run by dipshits who'll be cutting decent players. I guess it's a wash.
 
Couple of interesting names popping up....not neccessarily positions of need, just players that caught my eye.

CB Dontae Johnson - 49ers - talented but always injured
CB Quinton Rollins - 49ers - 2nd rnd pick 2015
CB Tony Lippett - Bengals - two-way player at Michigan State, played a ton with the Dolphins a year ago
OG Christian Westerman - Bengals, 14 game starter last year
DT L.T. Walton - Bills, yeah, our L.T. Walton
RB Elijah McGuire - Jets, think he started a few games last year
RB Alex Barnes - Titans - kinda liked this RB based on game tape at Kansas State... ended up an UDFA and now shitcanned

We will look at TE's and maybe safety. It all depends on Davis's injury and what we think of Marcus Allen. I thought we would maybe sniff around Josh Jones, but so far...no.

Marcus Allen was so out of position, took such a bad angle and whiffed so hard on a tackle last night it made me wince. Just thought I'd drop that in here...

Panthers released RB Cameron Artis-Payne.
 
Can we cut Grimble and Chick and save some $$$? that would be 6 mil.
