I’d say Snell is the biggest disappointment by far. Layne has struggled but it’s always because of mistakes that are fixable. Even on the TD he was right there in coverage, he just lost track of the ball.

Snell’s struggles are because he’s slow and stiff. He can’t overcome that. I don’t think he has any more upside than Edmunds or a bunch of other RBs who will be free agents tomorrow.
 
Rudolph has command of the huddle. Dobbs throws the ball up more often..looks like he is playing smear the queer out there.

Dobbs is like fellow UT alum Tee Martin. Like Martin, I think Dobbs could have a bright future as a coach and should probably get started on that path real soon.
 
Dobbs is so skittish and inconsistent. Kind of odd that such a brilliant guy is so unrefined and does not grow as a QB he looks exactly the same as he did as a rookie, a poor man's Jefferson Street Joe Gilliam.

That TD pass to Holton was a thing of beauty. Right in the bread basket. I liked the little pump fake on the earlier pass to Holton as well.
