Excellent write up Dale and thank you. I like the kid but not sure if he can beat out Dobbs, whom I've heard was having a not so good TC.

Coache's will make the right decision.

If he plays real well in preseason he will force their hand. If cut and he looks super promising someone will pick him up and make him their third. I'd like to see him on the PS. Squad. I'm not hearing anything outstanding about either Dobbs or Rudolph which concerns me.

I read couple things where Dobbs isn't looking good and underperforming. I've ONLY read good things about Rudolph, like he is definately the #2. Could be a battle between Dobbs and Hodges for the #3. Maybe I'm wrong but I like seeing other players pushed and if Hodges is pushing, that is a good thing.

I guess I just haven't heard the same things about Rudolph. I'm kinda guessing Dobbs starts on Friday. If it ended up with Rudolph beating out Dobbs clearly they may look closely at the Hodges kid. You are right about competition.

Well, if Dobbs is struggling a bit, they are likely to start him. Give him some PT and see how he responds.
