My late aunt would sometimes speak in a Swedish dialect but she was an alcoholic and did it mostly when she was drunk.

Icing on the cake. They also had...Burnett, McCrary, Sam Adams, Ray Lewis, Peter Boulware, Jamie Sharper, Duane Starks, Chris McAlister, Herring, and my favorite, Tony Siragusa.
So, that is why me comment was appropriate.
really mister grammar nazi
2008 Steelers D, playing the toughest schedule in NFL history, playing future HOF QB's in their prime, gave up under 4 yards per play and had 53 sacks.
2000 Ravens D, playing that **** schedule with crap QB's where the rules weren't totally skewed toward the passing game, gave up over 4 yards per play and had 35 sacks. **** the Ravens.

Yup, they had a ton of talent. I worked with the ravens from 98-01. That 2000 team was special, even with Ray coming off of the murder charge.
How does a self-respecting Steelers fan live with himself after that? Maybe its why you have Ask Drunk Cope night. Speaking of which, we are due and I have a question about infantesimales. I think it is a type of Mexican finger food made in a corn husk and served at an all you can eat taco bar. I could be wrong. anyway, was wondering if you had a recipe.
Just stumbled upon this for the 2008 Steelers, some crazy numbers:

I was happy I got to see a Steeler game for free every year!
Yep, take that 2000 Ravens D. No where near close to the dominance on that side of the ball.

huh? correct me if i'm wrong, but didn't that ravens defense average only giving up a little over 10 points a game for the entire season? and something like 250 yds a game and 50 turnovers for the season? hey, i love the Steelers as much as the next guy, and i love to see baltimore get their ***** kicked, but let's take off the black and gold colored glasses for a second and be objective. baltimore's defense kicked *** that season, particularly towards the end of that season, and anybody that tries to say otherwise is, quite frankly, full of ****. that said, yes, i would still take pittsburgh's 2008 squad over them. but "no where near close"?? that's ridiculous.
No rose colored glasses in use.
Strength of schedule differential. 2008 schedule deemed 2nd most difficult in the SB era. 8 games against teams with winning records of which 5 had double digit wins.
The 2000 Ravens squad had the 19th rated strength of schedule for that year. A schedule that only had 4 teams with winning records (2 of those teams were in their division)
Sure you play who is on your schedule, but no doubt that 2000 schedule enabled those stats. Four teams in 16 games with winning records. That included a 1-15 Charger team and three 3-13 teams and a sweep of a 4-12 team.
I will point out that 2008 Steelers playoff schedule was one of the weakest in the SB era.

Fair enough, and yes, the Steeler 2008 schedule was easily one of the toughest ever. But my point still stands
hey, i love the Steelers as much as the next guy, .
Probably true, But you love you some antithesis even more.

That playoff schedule did include a HOF NFL MVP(Warner), a future HOF in his prime( Rivers), and a future Super Bowl MVP(Flacco) with the #2 ranked defense with 2 possibly 3 HOFers on it.
The 2000 Ravens playoff schedule included Frerotte, McNair, Gannon, Collins.
Probably true, But you love you some antithesis even more.
Frerotte....Hahahahahahah
Sorry I only envision him head butting the stadium wall to the injury report.

Tip of the cap Omar.
Just remember how asinine the divisions were before the realignment in 2002. Took the league long enough to do something about it.
