Don’t have a link yet, but it’s being reported by NFL Sirius that Josh Gordon has been working out with Brady. Is this not a violation of the NFL’s substance abuse suspension? By rule players suspended can have no contact with the team or facility while under suspension.
Sure Marcia can work out with him independently, but if he is at Brady’s personal workout facility (TB12) it’s location is the same as the Cheats training facility. A violation of the suspension. What’s more interesting, one of Kraft’s larger companies is a supporter/investor with the TB12 Foundation. Hence, a conflict of interest with the NFL’s policy (idiotic as it is) that no suspended player can interact in any way with the team or its members during the suspension. Kraft, the owner is part of that interaction.
Sure we can squabble how Marcia gets a low contract from Kraft because he makes up for it with his “independent” income from TB12, but how can the NFL not investigate this, if they haven’t already?
These guys (Patriot organization) just can’t compete on a even chess boards.
