Is it still Wheaton or do you elevate the kid Bryant up the ladder? I'm not sure Bryant is quite ready yet for that job but he's making his case. Something else that the kids play is causing and that's pushing Wheaton and Lance Moore to step it up. He's on their heels and they know it.

I say lets wait a bit and see if it continues with Bryant. If the kid continues to show up you have no choice but to make him your #2. Remember that he played behind the star Watkins at Clemson and had he stayed another year, he may have been a #1 in the 2015 draft. He's got the size, speed, gets open, and yes Limas Sweed, unlike you, he holds on to the ******* ball.

Bryant was in the game ahead of Wheaton in the first half. Based on his play, I put him at No. 2 with Wheaton at No.3. Moore comes in to spell them and as needed. DHB rides the pine or doesn't get a jersey unless he is going to receive kicks ahead of Dri.

Bryant is tall and fast seems like a natural on the outside, I would put Wheaton in the slot and bring Lance in as the 4th receiver.................

I would put DHB in at nose tackle he has the hands for it. I think MB will become the number two before long if he can stop with the lapse in concentration or nervousness what ever it was that caused the drop of that pass from Ben that hit him in the hands.

Bryant said he was thinking about running with the ball and scoring and didn't concentrate on the most important thing, catch the ball. He'll learn. He's a pure natural talent and will get past that.

Doesn't matter. One of the best things about that game was they were substituting all over the place. It gets hard to get locked in on a guy when you are facing different guys. Shazier lined up at DE. Spence and the other MLB played snaps. Tuit and McCullers played.

Situational roles. Without a true No. 2 on the roster, keep them rotating and go with the hot hand. Both players have strengths and Haley needs to use them.

When Big Ben is completeing passes to 9 different players every single game..does the depth chart really matter past Antonio Brown?

I'm thinking they learned a lesson from the Sweed fiasco, and kept Bryant off the field until he learned enough plays to be useful. Screwing up can destroy a young player's confidence. They may have handled Bryant correctly.

I've read that they have a sub package specifically for Bryant until he gets up to speed with the rest of the playbook.

Bingo Scotty we have a winner, I say keep it as it is, seemed to work good vs the colts lets see what we look like vs the rats!

It seems that they dialed up a great game plan all phases specifically for the colts and it resulted in a bit of an *** kicking for them, I say a bit because they kept at it and did not lay down the whole game. With that in mind I would like to see the same effort put into beating the **** out of the gavens by tailoring the whole thing to destroying them in every phase of the game. The teams are different and have different strengths and weaknesses, and we just saw what happens when everything clicks mostly for an entire game.

I would think a lot of the things they used on the colts might be useful against the gavens as well but there will be things that need adjusted. The ravens have suggs and dummerville to deal with just for one example.

You play them both and rotate all the receivers. Not the biggest fan of DHB out there with the rest of the guys but everyone seems to be playing good.

DHB and Bryant on the field together gives the defense 2 vertical threats to worry about. That opens up a lot of possibilities in terms of getting favorable matchups like Bell against a linebacker.

I think at this point it is AB then #2 depends on the play. Deep route or jump ball Bryant. Intermediate route Wheaton. Then sprinkle in a few plays for Moore and Miller.

We fare soooo much better when we incorporate a lil bit of Heath in the passing game.....with AB and Wheaton outside the hashes, Heath wins his matchups often. But i swear the ****** is slower than Keisel. I wanted to run FOR him (in my living room) on that wide open pass completion in the 3rd quarter that put us at the 3 yrd line.

Yeah I agree and Suggs always turns it up vs us, I am hoping the oline can do what they showed last week and put these two in check.

I too like the flexibility and substitutions. Its a 2-A and 2-B situation with these guys.

What about Archer? That's right, besides not being able to competently return kicks, he can't catch either.

LOL! Heath has definitely lost a step, but I'm not sure he was ever faster than Keisel, who always had very good speed for a guy his size.

I nearly spit all over my screen. Heath has lost a step or ten. In watching him run after the catch and not get into the end zone I thought of DaBeard running the guy down from behind to make the tackle not to long ago and am tempted to agree with you.

I think eventually Bryant gets the #2 spot and Wheaton goes to the slot. Lance moore drops to #4. Bryant needs to learn a lot more of the Playbook first. it isnt typical for a rookie wideout to be in the top 2 his first season unless the team is desperate
