Bausby created a buzz prior to the 2015 NFL Draft when he jumped 37.5 inches vertically, 11 feet during the broad jump test and then ran a "wind-aided" 4.22 forty yard dash at his NFL Pro Day that took place on the Pittsburg State University campus.

Yeah, I saw he has 5 picks so far this year. I’d say at 26 years old he’s worth getting into camp and see what’s there.

AAF, CFL, always look at these guys very carefully. They are still playing football. It could be like a free 2nd or 3rd round draft pick talent. Never hurts to investigate closely. 9 times out of 10, not good enough, but what are you out.

MAybe a few just needed those extra reps to develop. And that is what those leagues can provide. It would be wise for the Steelers to scout them, as I am sure here and there you will find a decent player.
