Sounds like he could be our 2nd best corner on hbd team. With Haden aging and Burns looking like a bust, I’m for a corner in round one if Williams is on the board.

Only if there isn't better talent at ILB, TE, OLB would I go for any CB in the 1st in this draft . The difference between a Murphy and a oruwiye isn't that big to not wait till the 2nd round where there's more value

He did come from a defense that was worse than ours...maybe he can be coached up by our specialty coaches, worked well for Burns

Hell no. If we're learned one thing over the last 12 years it's that Tombert can't draft DB's no matter how big their heads are. Their best move is to sign players drafted by other teams.
Case in point, our best DB is Joe Haden, drafted by the Browns.
