Steelers interested in Tyrell Williams (but he signs with Raiders)

Saw multiple reports we are interested in him. Haven’t watched many Charger games so I’m not sure if this would be a good signing or not? I just know he’s tall receiver with good speed. Also, just saw John Brown is signing with the Bills. I guess the Bills got their Brown.
 
I haven't seen alot of him, but having seen a couple Chargers games, Rivers doesn't have the arm the get the ball anywhere but dump offs and to Keenan Allen in the middle of the field.

However, Rivers does have the arm going deep when he can get a head start (or a false start that doesn't get called) :Cry:

Our cap hit didn’t change with the center this year and we have 20 million to spend on free agents per overthecap. Not to be confused with the 12 mil free space plus we have not yet restructured bens deal which is surely coming soon that will free up a good amount

Pair him with our QB and I think that will rise. I know his ypg average will go up and more than likely his TD count. Remember our Future HOF QB raises the level of play., I just hope this guy can hang on for the ride.
