He wants to play QB. I'm sure his agent told him that it could cost him but i guess he'd rather be a late round or undrafted QB than a mid round Safety prospect.
Not sure how McSorely projects as a DB that seemed weird to me
yeah, I think I read that 41 players were asked to run drills for multiple positions...Oliver is running LB drills as well as his DL drills tomorrow
Dk Metcalf is putting up huge numbers
6'3 and 228 lbs
4.33 in 40
40.5 vertical
27 reps on the bench
Long arms, 34 and 7/8
Big hands 9 and 7/8
But my concern is his 3 cone drill of 7.38 which is pretty bad. He has straight line speed but he's stiff.
Steve Smith did not seem to be a fan. Thinks he's not fluid enough to run all the routes.
The last few years for the Steelers i was looking for a Hines Ward type. That's why i was real high on JuJu and Chris Godwin a few years ago, because they were big and physical.
But now with losing AB, the steelers need a speed guy. JuJu does not have great speed and neither does Washington. Now i'm looking for a guy with speed and quickness
Who was the poster here who suggested Oliver had the skill set to play LB before anyone said it on the web?
The answer is best given, the same guy very likely to win the bet talked about on this forum. With WR's stealing the spotlight, I'm thinking at least one of them will go before Oliver, who is not even Charlie Casually top 20 draft and appears in 1 out of 4 top ten spots ( Buffalo at pick #9 ) at NFL.com

Are you sure that is not a misprint? Sweat is a DE 6-5 260lbs. Is that even a possibility? THE CHEST only ran a 4.57. Man, that is freakshow material, I mean Sweat is freakshow material. But I guess Brown is freakshow material too.......................just in a very different way.

I think we need to trade up for Devin White. Dude ran a 4.42, that's what we need at ILB.
Some recent mocks had us getting him at 1.20. No chance with that time. He'll be top 10 or 15, at worst.
Somebody we want has to be there at 1.20. There can't be 30 guys in the top 15. When to DB's workout?
