The problem with this article Drink is the writer obviously doesn’t know the NFL charter. Teams can only be punished with forfeit of draft picks due to suspensions or fines related to circumvention of rules on the field of play.

Good point Ike but public pressure and keeping it in the view of the public can get more tarnish built up. I realize he is only going to get what the riog gives and that will probably be a slap on the wrist. But one can dream and part of that dream would be articles such as this, keeping it in the public eye. It actually addresses the “if you ain’t cheating, you ain’t trying” aspect of the cheatriots and kraft being the head cheese should be held accountable. I know wishful thinking but ........................

One thing for sure...the leak that came out about the NBA commish receiving feeler calls from a NFL exec a couple months ago, has made Goodell sphincter tighten. He’s going to have to have a heavy hand in issuing out punishment to save face.

Aside from the fact that there's no "rules approved" way to take draft picks from the cheats, I think they have like 12 of them this year. I doubt they'd notice much.
