2 ) Brown traded to the 49ers for the 2nd overall pick in the draft.


3 ) The NY Jets say they are talking to Bell and reports are he'll sign as soon as free agency start, giving the Steelers a projected 3rd round compensatory pick in 2020


4 ) One of the top free agent's corners says I'd love to play for the Steelers. With Bell 14.5 million added back, we can do this.


5 ) Ben is re-signed with a home town discount.

What is the actual combine dates??? Also March 13th is an important date as its start of new league year. Our delema with AB may be solved at that time between 13th and 18th.

Worst time to be a fan is end of the season and your team isn't in the playoffs. This year from now till March 13 could be interesting for Steelers.
Robert Alford was cut by the Falcons yesterday for cap reasons. He would upgrade our #2 CB. Trae Waynes is also a likely cap cut in Minnesota
and would be another nice CB addition.

Coach, I admire your optimism but I would feel comfortable betting a paycheck that none of those things happen.
