Wasted years

I have never seen a Steelers defense get badly shredded on the ground, shredded in the air. These last so many years the defense has been complete ****, non typical Steelers defense that has always been the strong point of the organization. The Pats have a bunch of nobody's on defense but they played like a bunch of all-stars.

You aint winning **** unless they fix the D side of the ball. Now with Brown possibly gone. I don't know what to expect on the offensive side unless they find a kick *** replacement.

Easy to play like a bunch of all stars when the HC knows the signals. Changing the headsets worked for awhile. They might have learned how to crack that. As now they are back to playing like they were before the headsets were changed.

Yeah, give em a decade or three. The only thing that will force that decision is diminishing value of the franchise.
 
This is what frustrates me:

The Steelers can beat the teams that are among the best in the league. That's why even when they're scraping by to sneak into the playoffs I feel like they can go on a run an win the title. Where they screw up every year is losing to scrubs like the Raiders, Broncos, or tying the Browns. Beat these teams, get the top seed in the AFC. Play a terrible AFC South team in the divisional round and get that home AFC Championship game. Nope. Lose to the worst of the league every year and it's so predictable.
 
Remember before the SB against the Seahawks how everyone was saying they just wanted to see the Steelers win one more before they die? Well, it looks like we may be back to that.

I predict 8-8 and Shades maintains his perfect record of never having a losing season.
