so we were the last team to beat the P******ts.
doesnt do much for me.
hopefully these guys on the roster saw this game and realize that as talented as they are, two lesser-talented teams played in the Super Bowl.
yeah, Tomlin's handling or non-handling of superstar players is a huge concern, as well as the way each of them acts and reacts, but that doesnt diminish the talent on the roster. Offensively, no one is out of position. Defensively, we're a cluster despite the ranking vs other teams. everyone who watches knows how to beat this team defensively. You can beat this defense slow and methodically, which doesnt let our offense on the field and give them time to get in a groove. you can also beat this defense quickly, but then our offense can also score quick.
while Tomlin may be a good talker, and says the right things to the people who count, we can all admit that the final product of the W-L column doesn't begin to meet our collective expectation of the roster. If we let Tomlin go, or fire him, who do we replace him with? We've been called the current state of the early 2000s Bengals. Ugh. I've often asked "if we let Tomlin go, who would you replace him with".
asking myself that, I'd look to bring in Dean Pees - the Titans defensive coordinator. Why? Titans suck, right?

Dean Pees joined the Titans in 2018 with 45 previous years of coaching experience, including 14 seasons in the NFL. Prior to his arrival in Tennessee, Pees was with the Baltimore Ravens for eight seasons, first as linebackers coach (2010-12) and then as defensive coordinator (2012-17).
