Could not care less. Nothing significant will change if Tomlin is still HC.

Tomlin left it along when LeBeau was here, don't understand why he couldn't do it again.
On another note, has anybody ever read Bryan Deardo? I've heard numerous complaints about this kid plagiarizing and just plain making **** up, and now he has an article up on 24/7 Sports Steelers may consider hiring Kevin Greene as new OLB coach
He then goes on to say "He should now be considered to join Pittsburgh's staff as the team's new linebacker coach. Considering Greene for Joey Porter's old job should be a no-brainer." And nowhere in the article is there even a mention from a source, beat writer or anything that the Steelers are even considering Kevin Greene. What bullshit.
Hahaha yeah, what the ***** the point of paying him 5 million a year?
Delegation of power is a pathway to success.
marvin LB or Greene and DC we need external hire greg or rex

I love listening to some on here who assume any new hire DC would come here knowing MT is going to continue to run the D. Any DC worth their salt will not want to deal with that ****.
Some of the best managers I have ever worked for put people in place to handle things, and did not directly meddle in things. If they had a problem with how things were going, they handled it with the department heads. Too many in management believe that you have to have a direct hand in the day to day operations, but that just causes confusion and resentment in the troops. MT has always struck me as the 2nd type, and you ALWAYS get that when they have ZERO EXPERIENCE COMING IN.
Coach Mike Tomlin has taken a more active role in the defensive game plan and play-calling — something he wanted to do when he named Butler to replace Dick LeBeau as coordinator in 2015.
I just read a Dulac piece that said
More I read more I see Mikey Mike's fingerprints on the D.

How the **** did we finish #6 in defensive yardage? Wow, that's what's keeping Butler employed...
