Yea....Oh my god when they showed all those doinks this season, then to have that happen tonight. And we ***** and moan about Boswell lol.

That is the one benefit of the Steeler's missing the playoff's. You don't have a chance for something devastating like that to end the season. I can't imagine what Bears fans feel like right now.
 
Bears wouldn't be in this spot if they'd have done the smart thing, and played their scrubs against the Vikings. Anyone with a brain should have known that the Eagles were a vastly more dangerous opponent than the Vikings. I don't want to hear about "playing to win every game", and other such bullshit. You try to find the easiest path ahead that you can. That would have been to send the Eagles home, and face a weak team that you know you can beat.

Bears were in a tough spot there. If you call those timeouts, and Philly doesn't get in, they have 3 timeouts, and you're pinned inside your 5, where you have to be conservative. Odds are that you'll be punting the ball back to Philly at midfield with 1:20 left. It actually worked for the Bears. A horrible short kickoff (on purpose?), and big return put the Bears in position to win. They didn't handle the clock well on their drive though.
 
Parkey has been as bad as Boz ...almost..Bears can only blame themselves

With a young QB, I'll always take the time on my side.
 
Was pulling for da Bears but really enjoyed watching the game. Great to see a defensive and low scoring game. They're a lot more fun to watch than a 52-51 up and down the field shootout in my opinion.
 
That guy is wound up a little too tight. A massive coronary is on the way soon.

That could have easily been Boz and our melt down. Our ****** kicker needs to be shown the door.

Gut wrenching loss for the Bears, thats what u get for playing conservative for 3 1/2 qtrs
 
Bears have had kicking problems ever since they cut Robbie Gould for no reason at all. They had one of the best kickers in the league, proven dependable in a tough place to kick and they decided to save a few bucks.

This loss could be even more devastating than bears fans realize. This is a wide open season and they had a real shot at winning it all. The bears gave Mack a crazy contract. That means the clock is ticking before they have to pay Trubisky a ton of money along with various defensive players.

The Bears are pretty much where the Seahawks were a few years ago when Wilson was on his rookie deal and so were guys like Sherman and and other guys on defense. seahawks made 2 Super Bowls before the bill came due. Bears just squandered a chance.
