so it says we will listen to trade offers but I think after this we wont do anything with ab A) cap implications B) unless you get a melt in the mouth offer for a known prima dona WR teams will under bid if we can get a top 15 and a mid rnd pick where we have a chance to get one of the top CB and with our pick Bush and then in rnd 2 a olb rnd 3 via trade playmaking type FS and our rnd 3 a replacement WR for AB then it is worth considering but if its a mid 1st rnd pick and and a few mid rounders' not worth.
If AB really wants out and mt and Colbert communicate after SB with him then I call AZ Peterson fitz for AB and mid rnd pick.
 
I'm hoping once AB looks at 'the other side of the fence' to see what else is out there, he should come to realize how good he has it.

he was a decent bet but didn't pan out due to injuries. Now if we could get a rover LB/Safety to play next to Bostic or Vince then we would improve mightly. Either that or get another Safety and work Edmunds during the offseason in the strength department to play him at the rover spot in 2019, like Derwin James did this season, he was all over the place
 
Almost all of the national media is defending AB and bashing Ben. These guys aren't in the locker room and don't even watch the Steelers on Sunday. They're clueless and are just listening to any info they're being fed by AB, his agent, or James Harrison. They're also fueling this "Steelers drama" big time.

I don't doubt the local media has some bias as well, but they are at least there every day at practice and in the locker room daily.
 
They have to go after Ben because the alternative is to go after Tomlin. That ain't happening. I've listened to several shows this week (national shows) and they all throw Ben in with the diva players and malcontents. It's ******* stupid to listen to people who don't even follow the Steelers talk about them. One *** hole was talking about how bad the Steelers OL was because they gave up 50+ sacks this year and that it was really Ben's fault because he holds the ball too long.. Are you ******* kidding me? The stat was wrong and so the entire discussion is wrong. But it doesn't keep them from bitching about Ben. No one on the panel told him he was wrong because they didn't know either. They don't follow the Steelers and know nothing about them.

If you read the article, it says AB ran the wrong route Wednesday at practice and Ben threw ball down and yelled get him out of there.

Ummm. Ben didn't practice Wednesday and AB didn't practice all week, yet this story is plastered all over twitter

I heard that it happened at the morning walk-thru and not at the afternoon practice. I know Ben gets Wednesday practice off, but I believe he said that he does the morning walk-thru. On his radio show, he said that he was there so he has no idea what Brown's melt down was supposedly about.

And i cant stand when the media takes one small quote out of context paints it as a huge issue.

Media keeps saying Ben throws teammates under bus..Ben said Washington needs to catch that ball!

Media keeps saying Ben would rather throw to JuJu. 1st and goal from the 3 in Denver and Ben says he would go to Juju every-time the Defense lined up the way they did. Double on AB, single on JuJu.

It really surprises me that neither the Front Office nor Mr Rooney have come out with statements to put out the fire. It shows the sad current state of the Steelers Organisation, with a visible lack of leadership.

Yep. Tomlin was pissed when talking about AB and selected his words carefully knowing how the media would portray things.

So we are at King and Ryan Clark. Most of the national guys chirping and taking AB's side are former players. King's analysis that Brown isn't a top 20 receiver because he quit Week 17 is a bit ridiculous though.
