I think Shades has peaked. Gets lucky once in a while when he has good players at key positions but 9 to 11 wins a season and one-and-done in the playoffs is kind of his natural state.
Can we all finally agree that Tomlin needs to be canned?

For a former secondary coach and defensive coordinator, and our secondary has been horrible and our defense has been ******, that's a problem.

He was a DC for an entire year. He had the worst secondary in the NFL for that one year.
