Incredible, putting Sutton ahead of Hilton and now this POS inas a starter against the smartest coach and QB in the league ? Tomlin is beyond stupid if he does this ****. Please fire his sorry *** as he takes the Steelers down the drain.

Burns has allowed a score on something like four straight plays that he's been in, which is simply incredible. The guy has done nothing but get worse since his rookie year. Time to move on.

I didn't see anywhere it was confirmed he is a starter. The article says he MAY be put in as a starter but rest assured, nothing would surprise me. MAYBE 6 DBs / 2 OLBs / 3 DL might be the ticket.............................

I don't understand why they are talking about benching Hilton, yea he had a bad game, but he is the only one that comes close to making a play on the ball.
 
At this point, what difference does it make. We still have TE's roaming our backfield uncovered, we still have WR's running circles around our LBers and we have coaches doing exercises in futility with only 2 lineman on defense.

Artie Burns starting is just another choice for Marsha to consider. If we give him alotta choices to target, maybe he'll get confused and miss one or two.

If some crazy reason Burns start IMO it will be because they plan on him jamming and playing man coverage.

He has to play man, if they put him zone they're idiots. He does decent at man, remember he got that bullshit PI last vs NE and Edlemen, even though he played it perfectly. He does well vs AB in training camp when he knows that's his only worry

That is what I was thinking. Have him just plaster some tight man with NO other responsibility period. It is the one thing he has been decent at. No thinking just cover.
 
I am amused.... i figured Tomlin’s FU to the fans would be benching Haden for Burns... Hilton is only our second best db lol.... Tomlin was probably afraid that Hilton might pick off a pass or something... im pretty sure that is against team rules now
 
put cam Sutton in ahead of Coty who is to slow to cover a guy crafty WR like Edelman brady will use that match up all game to dink and dink to move the chains.
 
DeWayne Washington, Valentino Blake, Cortez Allen and all other degenerate former Steeler DBs approve of Artie Burnt getting more playing time.
 
but this a game that artie should be put in some dime sets it was stupid to get him to cover gates Dupree should of been him, since gates is 6"8 and Dupree is almost 6"6.
Coty is not that fast he is like a William gay smart but not as quick, we have to get faster DB's on the field. At minimal just tell artie to play press and jamm say dorsett or Patterson
