Obviously I could be eating my words and nothing in the past 3 weeks has suggested otherwise but I really believe we are going to beat the Patriots and run the table. These guys have too much pride and the talent is on the team to do so. I’m still going to be swinging my towel come Sunday and rooting for everyone on this team including our coaching staff to pull out the W. Sunday can’t come soon enough for me personally.

I am treating the game as a just watch and expect nothing. No shocker if they are embarrassed and a pleasant surprise if they pull of a miracle.

Didn't the playoffs start last Sunday per Mikey?

Yep, another one-and-done, or Tomlin's version of "running the table."
 
By the way the Patriots are not setting the world on fire either and have their own problems. Saints seem to have lost what they had earlier in the season on offense and then we close out against the Bengals. Who cares how we get into the playoffs as long as we get in. We need to go 2-1 and 3-0 would be amazing!!

The Saints had one bad game two weeks ago against Dallas in Dallas. Last week they came alive in the 2nd half. They beat TB in TB by scoring 28 points and only giving up 14. They've lost 2 games by a grand total of 11 points. We will see how they do against Carolina but this makes their 3rd road game in a row. I expect them to be ready in 2 weeks when they get back home. It won't be an easy game especially if they are still in the race for home field.

The pats**** aren't that good but they have our number. Our defense is perfectly suited to get destroyed by Brady's short passing game. He doesn't give the rush time to get to him and we have LBs trying to cover small quick WRs. Then you have Gronk who the Steelers have never covered well. Their defense isn't great but the Steelers will need a great offensive performance to win this IMHO.

The Saints have had 2 bad games in a row. They were down 14-3 at half time against the Bucs. Yea they pulled it out but again wasn’t Brees best game. They have chinks in the armor like the Steelers. Tim terrific hasn’t been so great this year and Gronk is one hit away from ending his career. The patsies defense is crumbling.

I'm right there with you, I'm trying to not have expectations, but once the ball is kicked off I'll be pumped, feverish, yelling at the tv.

Like I said they came alive in the second half. They've outscored the Steelers by 80 points on offense and the Steelers have had 4 bad games in a row. Yea, they aren't destroying everybody like earlier but the Steelers never did and are playing worse than they are.

The pats**** are what they are. Again they are playing better than we are. We lost to a 2 win team... they lost on a last second fluke to a division rival. We'll see but I don't see a good outcome.
 
Going on a run or "PEAKING" at the right time could be what this is all about. It would certainly go a long way when the STEELERS beat the ******* bastage cheatriots this weekend. ROLL one week at a time and hope for the best. I'll be the only one with enthusiasm in my little group who meet to watch the game every week. I can't NOT get pumped for our beloved STEELERS regardless of chance of out come or coaching regime in place.

I see an amazing outcome that finally we get the monkey aka patsies off our back and grind it out from here. I can’t be there Sunday but I pray and hope everyone that can make the game show up and root for the Steelers like you haven’t before. They need it right now honestly.
