Saints vs Cowgirls

Terrible pass.

You'd never see Brees make a bad throw with the game on the line (says 100's of so called Steeler fans), errr wait.

this game is very unBrees-like. I can't recall him playing so erratic. My hat is off to Dallas.

Cooper getting PI calls AB doesn’t even get.

That was his only his 3rd int all year. Saints have not been able to match Dallas's fire since the beginning of the game. The Saints are also not at home. Never would have guessed this to be a 13-10 game. I think this is just a fluke game by the Saints.

Dallas rushed 4 guys, and the occasional Blitzer, but their 4 rushers were all big, pushed the Saints Oline around. We absolutely cannot rush 2DL and 2LBs vs the Saints, we'll get killed

A good defense still usually wins. Nice to see some defense played.

Kamara got one of those old fashioned leave your feet to lead with the crown of your helmet spearing.

He was consistently pressured. And they got a lot of that pressure up the middle. Even the best QBs will always look pretty mediocre when they're not comfortable back there. I know this is Captain Obvious stuff, but it's just so important in neutralizing a very good QB.

As for the Steelers and someone mentioning the 2DL thing. I thought I saw Hargrave, Heyward & either Alualu or L.T. Walton all on the line quite a bit, at least in the last game. Are they running some 3-3-5 alignments? Untrained eye here asking.

Dallas' strength is obviously their Defense and Zeke. Pressure up the middle and from the outside. It's a young and fast bunch. Jerry is pleased.

I know this is a lot to ask of Tomlin and Butler, but WATCH LAST NIGHT'S GAME FILM to disrupt Brees. It's a copycat league and the blueprint has been laid out by Dallas.

Dallas has IMO a Top 3 Defensive Secondary in the NFL. Regardless of a Copycat league the Steelers don't have the secondary to do what Dallas did last night. Combine that with a pretty fierce pass rush and Dallas's Defense at least last night looked like the Doomsday Defense of the 70's. Watching Leighton Vander Esch last night made me sick to my stomach. That kid was all over that field....what a motor. Man if Pittsburgh was able to get him in last years draft our Defense would be a hell of a lot better than it is now!

Told my girl Thursday at home with a improving Dallas team. You better pick low points. I almost picked Dallas but lost only three points.

you must have had the same thought as I did last night. LVE and Watt? Damn, that would be a defense. He is all over the field. Great motor and tackling skills. He may have been a player the Steelers should have moved up to get(if at all possible). Oh well. . . their D was fun to watch last night.

I don't know if it was their secondary as much as it was their pressure they got on Brees, he was pressured almost every pass.

Yup and they are gonna pay Dak a boatload and kill their cap for future free agents

They pushed NO's OL around and Brees had happy feet and looked average. Constant pressure. I don't think their secondary had much to do with it, either.

That Vander Esch kid is the real deal. Too bad we missed out on him. **** you cowboys.

I agree, if he was on the board, that was my pick.

Brees had an off night, but the Cowboys pressured him and played it tight. Their LB's cover a lot better than ours...
