In hindsight I am a dumbass

Brady came out because they were down by what 3 TDs, no coach is going to pull their franchise QB down 16-0.
I swear there's fans that would rather see him suck so they have something to ***** about and give them a reason to call for the back up.
Same with the Pens and the goalie

Pederson, fresh off a Super Bowl win, left Wentz in until the final offensive play for the Eagles.
which was incredibly ******* stupid, IMO.

I can see why you'd want Ben to sit for a series, but at the same time, him sitting for a series is effectively sitting him for quite a while. That's when the defense is on the field, then our offense, then the defense again. That's a lot of time for a cold QB to get colder and even more out of sync.

Bens poor passing games are always tied to one of three things....
1. Him playing through some injury he ought to be sat for
2. A long layoff and no rhythm with his recievers
3. Miserable oline play where he is getting hit as he throws too much, and that hasn’t happened a lot since arians left

He used to have miserable games after or on holidays or festivals when he partied too much... he grew out of that

The thing is with #2... as the game goes on he usually gets better

One other thing... the Jags secondary mugs wrs all day... the roughing the passer call they had against them was BS, but looking at the call vs joe haden earlier in the game, there could have been legit illegal contactholds and PI all game long on those guys... I actually think the KJags got off easy

I didn't want BR yanked. But I do wish the Steelers would put Dobbs in here and there, just to change things up.

If Kordell could pull it off (early in his career), and give the offense a boost, I think Dobbs could, too.

I was so bummed halfway through the 3rd quarter, I stopped recording the game on my DVR.

Then was pissed I couldn't re-watch the 4th quarter late last night!

so in hindsight, I am a dumbass

THIS.

If this were “legal” anymore - which it’s been pretty much outlawed since week 5 of 2010, we’d have won the Super Bowl vs. Green Bay.

It’s unbelievable they allowed that all game long yesterday

I would have been ok with that late in the Panther game. But not down to one of if not the best passing Ds in the NFL.

With Ben and the defense playing the way they played. Six sacks!

They attempted to pass only 18 times and still got 6 sacks (without red-hot Tuitt).

TJ Watt is going to take his place among the greatest Steelers LBs when it’s all said and done. 17 sacks in first 2 years to start his career(which breaks Woodley’s record - and it was clear he didn’t have the work ethic) with 6 games left —he’s only going to get better his all around game.

This teams pass rush gets overlooked a lot.

Not gonna lie. I thought it. Ben doesn't have it. They should put in Dobbs.

Then I thought about what the game would look like with Dobbs, and new that thought wouldn't work...

I really thought it was more mental for Ben. As Ramsey can really really break on the ball well. Which with the past success it lives in Ben's head.

Ben was awful, the offense was awful. Wanting Ben pulled is a natural reaction like pulling the goalie after being down 3-0 in the first period in a half. Sometimes a change of pace is needed and we, as fans, are reactionary. We are not bad fans, we want something to happen and create a spark.
I'm not going to lie, I turned the game off at 16-0 and started to get ready for my show. I casually would watch it throughout my house as I was getting ready. I saw the Vance TD and listened to the rest of it on my way to my gig. Needless to say, I am estatic they pulled it out, Ben won it to redeem himself from the first horrid three quarters and that I would never make any important in-game decisions for this team.
I was prepared for a long, crappy week of excuses, blame and disappointment, but am amazed of the preserverance of this team. I should know better. . . They are special.

One of my friends who comes over to watch every week and can get highly emotional and irrational if we play bad was screaming for Ben to be pulled at half I told him to STFU.. He decided to leave at the start of the 4th because he was so pissed. It gave me great pleasure to call him when Ben got in for the game winner. He was at Walmart lol and didn't believe me. Ben got the last laugh in this one.

#7 is our quarterback until he retires on his terms.

It's the same thing every time a team holds AB in check, they let them get away with mugging him. If they don't there is no way anyone stops him, or even slows him down. Whatever was off between him and Ben early on , has been fixed now.

You don't pull your franchise QB down two scores ever, that never happens. NHL goalies are different, the back up goalie plays 25-30% of the season.

They do have five times as many games at the NFL does.
Agreed, but that's the point the back up goalie gets a ton of playing time and doesn't need time with the first team or doesn't need to know a play book.

I don't want to research it, but I bet you'll never find a coach that pulls his franchise QB down just two scores in the second half, unless of an injury.

that's debatable of how bad the QB is playing and who the back-up is. 4 INTs, passer rating of 1.7? I give Tomlin a ton of credit for sticking with him. Plus, with Dobbs, I don't think he would go in unless there is an injury or they are up/down by 40.

If it's Kurt Cousins, Alex Smith, etc maybe, but Brady, Brees, Ben, Rodgers would never be pulled down just two scores in the second half, unless of an injury.

I wanted Ben pulled. I dont have the stomach for this ****. I am happier than a sissy in boys town now though!!

I too questioned whether or not Ben should have been pulled. He can't focus on AB when he's being triple teamed like he did yesterday. They baited Ben into some bad throws. I think all 3 picks were meant for AB. He had Juju and McDonald all day if he wanted them. Conner let him down with the 2 late drops. Hopefully they put him on a jugs machine all week to work on his hands

unlike you clueless, ungrateful *************, i never had a doubt about B-INT-jamin and his ability. Why would I when we have MISTER SUPER BOWL WINNING HEAD COACH MICHAEL VINCENT LOMBARDI TOMLIN calling the shots?

I agree, unless he's playing with an injury or just sustained a one on a day with the OL is playing poorly.

Does anyone watch Joe Buck's Undeniable? I saw the show on Ed Reed who's a conspiracy nut by the way. The point here is Tom Brady had locate #20 on his wrist band for their big game vs the Ravens. It would not be a bad idea for Ben to do the same. This dirty cat picks his pocket.
