In honor of AB pissing a bunch of no-lifes off, I'm buying a muscle car.
Exactly. Is it safe. No. Is it easy and fun in a car made to do that yes. While I don’t have anywhere near that of a car, my ‘15 mustang pulls to that 100 mark quick as **** and stops on a dime if needed. There is a 1/4 mile stretch from a light I do every day to the gym. When it’s open, its put to the floor. Quick way to get that adrenaline going. Again, not safe but fun as ****
He's driving a high performance sports car with world class braking that can stop on a dime...
LOL. He was going 100+, that “dime” would be a couple hundred feet.

MMM k, which would be the equivalent to the braking power of a guy driving his pick up 60 mph. Hey let's crucify those guys too!
If AB was flying around town every day in high traffic areas at peak times I'd agree with with you, but the guy took his nice car out for a brief spin with no one around one morning and you hate him? Really?
He's a 6th round pick who has worked hard to get where he is and also loves being a Steeler. I'm cool with cutting him some slack for a minor traffic infraction
When you can run 25mph, 100mph in a car is just getting interesting.
The real problem on the highway is dumbshits talking on their cell phones and even worse texting. At least drunks are trying to look at the road. Oh and people lollygagging in the left lane holding up traffic. It ain't guys rolling in 200k+ sports cars.
Well, it's not like you have room to hit 100 mph on the Parkway East, Parkway West, or Parkway North*. Gotta pick your spots.
*For those not from Tahn, seriously, in daylight hours you can't, too much traffic congestion. Parkway West is a good test of those Porsche brakes since the prevailing traffic speed can go from 70 mph to 5 mph in the blink of an eye for no apparent reason.

I drive LA freeways quite often, and in a large flat-bed truck where I can see everything, and probably 7 of 10 people are on their phone in some form or fashion. It's out of control and it's the biggest problem BY FAR facing the safety of drivers/pedestrians.
I get pissed when I see some idiot on for more than a few seconds so I blare my horn (it's a loud ******* horn), it scares the **** outta them, then they look around and spot me glaring at them from my tank and they slink back into their seat and the phone is nowhere in sight.

That stuff is epic. I have people swerving in and out of lanes all of the time worse than a drunk. I'll pull up beside them and they're looking down texting . The most dangerous people on the highway. I'd figure at some point either the manufacturer installs some type of device in the car that disables a cell phone while the car is moving or it comes from the carrier itself. The technology is available.
