In case anyone is interested, coming into this season, Cam had 263 career tackles. Divided by 7 (the number of years he'd played prior to this year), that means he was averaging 38 tackles per year. At the halfway point of this season, he has 21 tackles, which would put him on pace for 42 tackles on the year. As far as sacks go, coming into this year Cam had 37 career sacks. That puts his yearly average at approximately 5 sacks per year if you round up. So far this year, he has 2.5 sacks; which projects to .... 5 sacks on the year.
oh,, well I am.. "Non Coach" is an idiot.
coach?
He benched 335 pounds and squatted 510 pounds, and was considered a scholar athlete at Peachtree Ridge High School with a GPA of 3.2.
Blitz,
I already addressed this in another thread.
My reply:
Have you heard the two speak? There is a huge difference between them. One is articulate, the other, not so much.
One is a team Capitan, a designation only given to the players of highest character, the other is not.
One is our nomination for the Walter Peyton Man of the year award, the other is not.
Does this explain why I think one is a little smarter with more character?
Tuitt went to Notre Dame for christ sake. He has a hard southern draw. He is very intelligent.
So your saying a Southern draw makes you sound dumb???? His speed of speech and the sounds he makes has little to do with articulate content.
I made my case, and even showed Heyward's academic achievements. Let's not say all Norte Dame players are smart. If you are a 5 star recruit as Tuitt was, exceptions can be made. I tend to doubt physical Ability was the reason Tuitt slide into the second round. His scooting report suggests average football charter, and I quote...Average intensity and relentlessness

To twist a Tomlin quote, I'm not saying Tuitt doesn't have it above the neck, rather we are comparing his character and IQ to an player who's very high in both departments.
I think I'm out of this tread.
So you are going on record if there was a 2014 redraft, Tuitt wouldn't be a first rounder? Steelers got a steal there.
coach comes up with the craziest ****. lulz
Tuitt is plenty smart.
Yes, and I thought Tuitt was a steal for us in round two!
Is there any reason your acting like a d^@k? Are things that boring in Marietta, OH? Obviously the small stuff can get under your skin and I'm not even trying to bother you.
Why not put me on your ignore list?
It seems like your having emotional difficulties reading opinions on a message board. Like I said before if your suffering from something ( PTSD ) , please let me know via PM.
Blitz, ( And Ike )

I pulled this on the web on Heyward:

Perhaps Tuitt's head needs to be bigger...
You were saying that about Tuitt 2 weeks ago and he goes out and dominates the last 2 weeks. I think this thread bodes well for Heywards future.
