do you know Cranberry Twp will not put a TB there because it's considered the lowest form of food to be consumed for humans? Their loss. . .
So, if he does that and comes in after the Cleveland game. That's 7 game checks.
If the FO decides to do the 2 week exemption, then you are talking 9 game checks.
That's nearly 8 millions dollars he forfeited. Seems like it defeats the whole purpose
of getting the most you can. While reports vary, in the least, Bell was going to get SB/RB and year one salary.
That has to be at least the 23 mil that Gurley got in real guarantees.
How do you help yourself monetarily by forfeiting almost 8 million to keep yourself healthy?
Does he really think someone is going to give him 35 million guaranteed next year?
For a guy that obviously puts the $$$ above his team (which i understand but not agree with), how does this make sense?

IDK if it's considered the "lowest form of food" but the meat itself ranks as the lowest form of meat. I guess it just barely qualifies as meat.

In describing who you are, look up.............in describing how others feel about you, look down

When he does actually sign which I will still maintain it will be when he absolutely has too sign right before game 11, don’t be shocked if Tomlin inserts him in the starting lineup.
He’s Tomlin’s guy and he thinks Bell gives him his best chance at success. Tomlin is a very shortsighted coach that clearly has never gotten the big picture. He won’t look at the overall affect this move would have on the team but only that he has Bell for a very short time and he’s going to run the hell out of him. That’s who Tomlin is. Too arrogant, cocky and very little feel for the chemistry of the team who plays favorites and who runs a loose and u disciplined team.

I saw him picking up ho's on Liberty Ave.
What I don't understand is why would Bell sit out for so long to preserve his health only to come back before he is required to? That's a lot of money lost to not stay off the field as long as possible to minimize your injury risk.

Steelers and Bell’s rep finally talked late last week about terms of a two-week roster exemption, which both sides need to agree to before he rejoins team. Steelers at this point don’t want to pay him during exemption and obviously Bell wants to get paid
Adam Schefter of ESPN reported Bell won’t be coming back to the 412 area code until the October 30th trade deadline has passed.

**** Bell. he doesnt want to come back until after the trade deadline has passed, but wants to make bank. he could have been making a **** ton of money - and reset the RB pay scale at the same time by agreeing to a contract before the season. now he and his agent fear the two week roster exemption, which they should have considered prior to their foolish stance of not agreeing to a very rich contract.
**** this guy.
