(Besides the score more points than them verse)

* Bengals O-line isn't anything special, and has had their moments of struggle. So TJ and Hilton should be able to create pressure. On D you want to send those two at the QB as often as possible.

*Cincinnati hasn't been relevant since Loni Anderson. So the Steelers need to play smart and don't beat themselves. The Bungles are strong up front pass rush wise, but can be run on. So a healthy dosey-dose of Conner mixed in with a two TE approach would be a wise scheme -plan of attack. Juju could have a big game in this one /watch for it.

* Eifert is out as is RB Bernard. So Green really is their one big threat. So shadow Haden on him. With a safety cheated over in that direction. Because like Ben to AB, Dalton will try to force some footballs to AJ.

* TOP - Bengals opponents have a better time of possession percentage. What better reminder, on part of the way to win this game is the offense to have those long sustainable drives.

* Don't take the foot off the gas. If the Steelers find themselves ahead like the ****** lolphins were last week only to let the bungles back into the game. Keep going with what has worked, until the game is over. On O simply keep mixing it up.

Hopefully we play another complete game together. One week at a time.

Boomer has already made reservations for Atlanta. But they're the Bengals.

AGREE and I'm hoping our coaches don't outsmart themselves in this. Like last week we saw first hand how pressure ***** up the QB/WR ability to get things going. DALTON has pressure issues and happy feet, hit him hard because the flags there anyway.

Loni Anderson HIT oh those were the days, AGAIN here if the coaches don't outsmart themselves you are correct. Conner is just the threat as no dancing behind the line and hit the hole. Once run is established the passing will open up big

GREEN is not better than the Falcon's WR Haden just shut totally down. Help over the top a little and we should get to ANDY for 4+ sacks. Another good defensive showing and Mathew Thomas should make an appearance (strong)

THIS is a big KEY. Don't turn it over and we should win by 12+

Slash, I'm not sure this coaching staff understands this concept. There has been NO indication of them understanding in the past. I hope they keep doing and adjusting some through out the game. Fichtner needs experience in this catagory and to tell his buddy CMVLT to stay the **** out of play calling.

GREAT post and points slash and you nailed it. Let's hope it plays out that way.

I guess this is similar: 5 game match ups to watch.

Vontaze Burfict and the Pittsburgh Steelers have a long dramatic past. From late hits on quarterbacks to illegal hits to fines issued by the NFL. Both teams and the league have a long memory and you can bet, with this game in Cincinnati, the referees will be monitoring Burficts behavior closely. JuJu Smith-Schuster, who was fined for a block last season on Burfict has already said he expects to be a target for the Bengals defense throughout Sunday’s game
.

We all hate Puke-fict. But every time he plays I can't help but noticing he is on virtually every play: tackles runners, hits QB, bashes WRs after the catch. He is a real difference-maker. I hope the OL have some nice little shots waiting for him, like in the scrum where refs have trouble seeing what's going on. In my opinion, we STILL owe him.

Geno Atkins is tied with T.J. Watt and J.J. Watt for the league lead in sacks with six. According to Pro Football Focus he’s the third best defensive tackle in the NFL at the moment. His six sacks are incredibly impressive when you consider he’s a defensive tackle, not an edge rusher, nor a pass-rushing specialist.

Geno is real good. DD better be on top of his game in this one.

William Jackson, Cincinnati’s top defensive back isn’t having a standout season to this point, but Jessie Bates, their free safety is a rookie that’s having a great first five weeks in the 2018 season. Pro Football Focus has him graded at 83.9, the fifth highest graded free safety in the league. He’s also tied for sixth in the league with two interceptions on the young season.

I - and I believe the Steelers - wanted WJ in his draft. For whatever reason, Cinci's 1st round CBs underachieve. But that said, WJ is not hot garbage. I really don't care if AB has a big game, as long as some others do. If AB is quiet, Ju Ju, Conner and JJ/VM need to go off.

On the Steelers side of the ball Joe Haden has been a bright spot in a struggling secondary. He’s been beaten at times, but his coverage has been steady and consistent. His one weakness this season has been his tackling. Pro Football Focus grades Haden’s tackling at 30 out of 100 when 50 is considered poor.

We need you Joey. At his best, he is a shutdown corner.

We saw the contrast in the last two weeks and how important the Steelers pass-rush can be. Against the Baltimore Ravens, the Steelers were forced to play with two safeties deep and couldn’t get to the passer. Slowly but surely they got picked apart by Joe Flacco and company. Last week, against the Atlanta Falcons, a statistically much better offense, the Steelers were able to apply pressure. The difference was apparent.

They racked up six sacks, three pressures and two hurries, causing Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan to have one of his worst games of the season. Outside linebackers T.J. Watt and Bud Dupree have combined for nine sacks and 20 hurries on the season. Throw in defensive captain Cameron Heyward’s four sacks and 11 hurries and suddenly the Steelers have three very effective pass rushers.

The game almost comes down to this: We get to the Red BB gun, we win.

Definitely gotta pressure ginger snaps

I expect him to do some damage in the 1st half, but then crumble in the 2nd as we start getting to him. JT, Cam and company must make it happen.

Same ol pop, just a sad attempt at trolling.

For me, this game is coming down to 2 huge factors, because I think our O will have success moving the fo0tball on their D, and our D will have success in pressuring Gingerbread:

1) Turnovers. Don't turn the ball over. Their D isn't great at stopping defenses, but they are excellent at turning mistakes into scores. Don't do it.

2) Special teams. Ours are very strong. Great coverage units, Punting killed it last week. Returns are very good, Boz will hopefully make his kicks.
Theirs are terrible. Blocked Punt, Blocked Kick, KO returned for a TD, punt returned for a TD, and that's just in the last 2 weeks. If the steelers dominate in special teams, this is where the game will be won.

Keep Conner involved
Keep the pressure on (always sending at least 4)
No red zone turnovers, good Ben needs to show up
Have Boz return to form
Don't be stupid (coaching and stupid penalties)
