They just cannot fix problems

A whole offseason to revamp the secondary. New coach. Same problems. My number one issue with this coaching staff. They cannot fix ****. Just be decent. They aren't even close to decent. ****** brutal. I'm happy to win. I get all that but they are abysmal on the back end. Make a ****** play. Once in a while.
 
When this is the result, you have to look at what has NOT CHANGED, and that is the Head Coach. If Tomlin is over riding the other coaches, it doesn’t matter who you bring in.
 
3 Ints aren't enough plays? Hilton going down is the only reason you saw warts last night. They will readjust this week with Sutton, and be more solid than having to plug holes that just occurred during a game.

Hilton got bailed out early. Missed a tackle and Burnt popped that ball out Hilton recovered. That covered up a bad play by Hilton. Our guys besides Haden just can't cover. Haden is the only guy on the team who can cover a WR and you don't have to worry about his side. That left side with Burnt, aw man that's a nightmare to watch.

It seems like Tomlin brings in coaches to be scape goats and yes men. On the defensive coaching staff, who do we have that has the experience or quality of Munch, Randy...etc on offense? We have Short Bus Butler, Joey Porter...etc. Seems we are running more of Tomlins defense with guys that won’t say otherwise.

If Fitz didn’t have one of his cold streaks the first 2 quarters, the Bucs put up 50 on us. They had guys running open across the field all night, he just couldn’t hit them in the first half.
 
The defense made plays and that was the difference but looking at many games and the way the game is officiated, it's going to be hard to keep teams under 28. Very frustrating. The Steel are averaging over 400+ a game on offense, so they're doing what they should. Hell, even after TB scored in 3rd, Steel had the ball for 6 minutes, and another missed FG? Make that, it gives a little more breathing room. Defensively, they played a hot offensive team and came out w/a W. Be interesting to see if the league adjusts these stupid roughing penalties and it the idiot staff can get the boys to play a LITTLE more disciplined. double digit penalties is inexcusable.
 
3 INTS does not over look the total lapse of play for the majority of the game. The secondary did not make the interceptions on their own, Fitz in the end zone could not follow through because of the rush. The TE stopped and ball over his head was the cause of another, a tipped ball was cause of another none coverage interceptions. We can hunt and hunt and hunt the secondary except Haden

Yup, and that was due to the pressure and collapsing the pocket.

I think it was Hilton's best play of the game. Did you see how quickly he recovered to chase the play when he missed the tackle. He didn't lay there, he got up, followed the play, and was rewarded by recovering a fumble. No way we get that TO if Hilton didn't quit on that play.
 
Ill throw this out there while we’re throwing out the trash... how long is watt going to last playing like a madman all over the field. Butler has him doing everything but driving the bus. One minute he’s being mauled by a right tackle next minute he was trying to cover ojHoward the next he’s on the flanker! He won’t last! This “play everybody out of position” “ look at me I’m a mad genius” defense butler keeps throwing out week after week is nut! We are wining, when we do manage to win, in spite of the coaches not because of them. Hope watt holds up but man just sayin....

But it didn’t happen because we were getting to the qb, and completely roughing him up. It wasn’t like he just wasn’t seeing stuff; our guys were back there in an instant most of the time we brought extra heat. Not to mention, bringing your slot defender, safety, middle backer, etc., there are going to be guys getting open. It wasn’t working for them though because we were getting there. When it stopped, and we only brought four, especially when the guys were worn out, is when Tampa started opening it up.
 
Nothing against William Gay, as he was a decent player in certain roles, but he is probably the best DB the Steelers have drafted and developed under 12 seasons of Tomlin.

Just let that sink in.

Munchak fixes problems. They have three of five starters, maybe a little shaky at points, but pretty damn good. The rest of them. **** all. They made some plays as a result of the pressure. They had three or four opportunities to close that game out on defense. ****** nothing. Anyone who believs that if Roethlisberger is sacked instead of hitting JuJU that the Steelers would have won last night is kidding themselves. The win covered some stench last night but it is still low tide on the docks.
 
This is last week but after seeing this little video, I just can't excuse the coaching. There just doesn't seem to be any imagination here.

Like someone said, other teams adjust we just don't.....period. I realize that alot of you have seen this but I imagine some haven't.

Since **** flows downhill, start at the Head Coach, fire anybody that grumbles about it.
I don’t care what your name is or how much it’s going to cost me. If you are not 125% with us you are against us. Get the f.... out!!!!!

(One of the biggest problems with this nation and it’s inside the locker room is: This Country has raised a country of *******!!! )

No more short days for the millionaires or anybody on the team. ANYBODY!!!! Full 5 day weeks. If that doesn’t turn the losses around 6 full days a week. Whoever doesn’t like it then immediately.... get the F..K out !!!!

If that doesn’t do it. Then, I would bring everyone and I mean EVERYONE one on one on the team to my office. Any grumbling before hand and “grab your **** quick” cause you are gone. Nobody but nobody gets a second chance.

This franchise is a business and it’s time to get back to that mindset. I don’t care what other teams are doing, This Is The STEELERS!!!!

There, see how tough you really are, you piece of ****! And if the Rooney’s want to win, don’t say nothing to me, because I came in here to straighten out the team. If you don’t like, find yourself somebody who will help you continue to lose.

I’m 63. I retired at 59. I never asked or wanted nothing from anybody, especially my parents.

Everything I ever made, I made on my so money or I would do it because of who I Am, A MEMBER OF THE [emoji95] STEELER NATION [emoji313].

I don’t even live close. I sold everything in 2014 and went full time in my RV. I winter in Apache Junction, AZ. IF I EVER SHOVEL SNOW AGAIN, IT WOULD BE TOO SOON.

The only thing snow is good for hunting season!!

Week after week until we get a divisional win or better and the following year after that, we can lose in the Super Bowl, but the third year we win the Super Bowl and start another dynasty or I fire everybody and then quit myself. At any time during this period.......if you don’t like it, then immediately grab your ****, cause you are gone.

During this timeframe if that doesn’t do it. Then, I would bring everyone and I mean EVERYONE one on one on the team to my office. Ben and the offense better up their goal to 40 points a game because the defense is going to give up 30.
