So ol Al Riveron was behind that ST helmet call huh....hmmmm.

THAT is correct and simple commen sense. If you step one foot (or any body part connected to you) out of bounds and ball glances off your pinky finger for ONLY 1/100th a second, the ball is dead at that spot.

Salute the nation

Well that changes everything

Al Riveron has no credibility and cannot make "judgmental" calls with impartiality.
Riveron is the devil.

They need to change the standard of evidence on replays to preponderance. The officials aren’t 100% certain of the calls they are making, why should replay need to be 100% when it has a much better perspective? I know they don’t want to undermine the officials but the very existence of replay does just that!

Ben and Tomlin do their jobs and replay really doesn't matter

Sorry Blitz (and this is not directed at you), but I hate this kind of ******* response, and I hear it all the time from Tomlin (and I heard it from Cowher). Every time someone brings up a bad call by the refs or a key play, I hear "If we had taken care of business, that play doesn't matter". Or "that didn't cost us the game". It may not have been the straw, but it contributed. Every play counts. If it didn't, you could just lolly gag around for a while, then just do your job to get the win. Every bad call matters.

It's like saying: "Just win and you won't lose".

It’s also important to remember that the player who fails last isn’t to blame for the loss. It’s a team sport and a CUMULATIVE effort. Points are the same regardless of when they are scored or surrendered.

False.

The runner is down going out of bounds only when he has POSSESSION OF THE BALL at the time.

Or could Conner simply run to the sidelines and touch out of bounds on his fumble?!?

True. If a player is standing out of bounds and tries to bat a ball to keep it in, the ball is out.

We definitely got ****** on the fumble call, but we likely would have just turned it over to the Clowns again

That definitely confirms it wasn't a freakin' touchback...

His leg was out of bounds before the ball went out the end zone.. it was a good call
