As long as he keeps Brown off punt returns and Touissant off the roster I dont care if he fair catches every punt.

No, that's a "you are such a weenie". But I agree about too much attention to color of skin, along with too much sensitivity to a joke.
 
Lets hope Tomlin can see on the field that Samuels has more to offer than Touissant now that we got a return player

I think they see that, as that possibly contributed to the trade. Bring in a returner so they don't feel the need to keep Croissant on the roster.

well would it annoy you if a announcer was like this

" man that black receiver he was sure good, and that black running back he is slow to the hole, but shows good burst when he gets going.

And that tall white QB man he is sure is tall for a white guy?"

No racist labels handed out or is that ok?

And no it isn't overly sensitive, it is just tiring of this daily issue, which isn't helped with people always pointing to color.

Only country I have been to that loves for it to be a daily topic.

Way overly sensitive, bud, and a childish analogy. Regarding America and the race issue, this over-sensitivity of anything race related is a symptom of the problem. Go spend a week in Nairobi. You'll burst a blood vessel with all the "racist" and "xenophobic" humor over there. I'm done talking about his on the football board. I will end with a recommendation - strap yourself to a chair, take some downers, and watch a couple reruns of In Living Color. It's hilarious.

I love in Living Color great comedy,probably seen more episodes than you.

Yeah I would hate racism everywhere good point. Doesn't mean I want to hear black this and white that.

Yeah a childish analogy but it does have it's truths.I notice you never answered my questions, which isn't too uncommon. You keep thinking bringing up color doesn't contribute to the problem.

Having a conversation doesn't mean I am being over sensitive, despite what you are trying to paint.

I just am hoping for a little less white black topics in a country that needs a little less white black topics.
 
Coolie - It's too bad DeMarcus Ayers missed so much of camp last year (injured), then turned down the Steelers' offer for a spot on the practice squad.

Instead, it looks like he's about to make the Bears as their punt returner (and backup receiver). I think he's more talented than Switzer.

BTW: Could the Steelers finally be trying to mix in an Edelman/Amendola/Woodhead type of player?

He had his chances and didn't shine. As Switz will have his. And if he doesn't shine he will be looking on the outside in too.

Well for some reason you want to know what color I am even though you claim that you would like people to not see color. No idea why it matters, but I am white. Yeah you are overly sensitive. I don't give a **** what color you are. Would not alter my argument one bit.

Not a claim.... it is why I brought it up.Trying to see why it was even brought up.

And it doesn't matter that you are white, it is talked about entirely too much. Which was basically my point. My only point.
 
Considering we have nobody on the team other than the guy we can't afford to use (AB) that has a frickin' prayer of taking one to the house on a return and haven't for years, I'd say this is way overdue and much needed.

It comes out. Its not racist. Its just a fact . ON this team of 80% Black players. This new guy is white. Its not a big deal. But yes.. he also draws comparisons to Edelman / welker etc.
