If you haven’t heard already, former offensive coordinator, Todd Haley has made some pretty bold comments lately. After the Steelers decided to part ways with Haley, he made his move to the Cleveland Browns, a team that literally had the lowest scoring offense in the 2017 season and has only recorded exactly one win, in […]

What's he supposed to do? They have a boatload of high drafted talent. Todd Haley never played the game at any level. Maybe he is a boy wonder genius. But I highly suspect he is a ****** *******. They needed a change.

The Browns have nowhere to go but up. If Toddster wins one game it's a 100% improvement over last year.

You wonder if Haley knowing the Steelers will give a match-up edge. Or because the Steelers knows his coaching style, tendencies will that null and void that initial way of thinking.

Production between the 20's.... but w/the offensive talent, they clearly could have done better. Only once in Haley's tenure were they a top 5 (4th in 2015) scoring offense which says more about their ability to execute in the red zone than anything. Hard to measure his ability in Cleveland where any progress is a positive.

Thing is, the red zone offense was pretty bad most of the time before Haley got here too.

I hate the guy, but I gotta be self honest. I wanted BA gone too and he won like two head coach of the year awards I think. I will say I think Todd added years to Ben's career though the addition of Munchak was a big part of that too. I believe the team will have more cohesion this year with Haley, Bryant and Harrison all gone.

BA wasn't a good offensive coordinator. The media loves the guy, which probably helped with those awards.

I attribute it to BA having the vision, but not necessarily the ability to get there. As a HC his vision can be implemented by someone else.

Bruce Arians did a lot of good things with quarterbacks, but also did a great job getting them sacked.

QB Sacks Under Arians
Roethlisberger 2.95 sacks per game
Luck 2.56 sacks per game
Palmer 2.28 sacks per game

QB Sacks No Arians
Roethlisberger 2.24 sacks per game
Luck 2.13 sacks per game
Palmer 1.66 sacks per game

We barely got past the Browns last year and we know how Mikey Cool Shades does on the road against bad teams.

Arians is a QB killer. O.o

Arians had a LOT of 7 second to develope plays. He expected the offensive line to hold 4-7 second blocks........... THUS the sandlot plays by Rothlesberger to survive. I have to admit though,..MY one armed **** flinging Monkey Buisness rental was BOOMin.

Salute the nation

The first week of the season, or the last week of the season when we had our JV team starting?

Always remember, the games against the Steelers are the Browns' Super Bowl every year. Starters beat them by 3, the JV team beat them by 4. Losing team on the road, always take the opponent and the points until Mikey shows he can get his team up to beat bad teams.
