So do we think the Eagles will keep both Wentz and Foles next season or let one of them go? Who would look better in Black & Gold?

They will not let Wentz go

I've always thought Foles was a better than average QB. After this playoff run, I'd move him into the bottom top 10 NFL QB's. Perhaps he just wasn't used properly and Coach Doug Pederson built around his game, rather than trying to fit a the sometimes square pegs into round holes.

Yes but only BC Wentz will not be ready to start week 1

They will sell high on Foles while they still have him under contract. They'll get a first rounder out of somebody for him. Super Bowl MVP!

There is zero % chance Wentz gets released. He is the face of the Eagles franchise.
Also, Foles is signed for one more season and he’s insurance in case Carson is not ready to start the season.

Peterson made Foles more comfortable playing to his strengths that brought Foles success under Chip Kelley. Very smart move.
I wish we had a smart HC.

The eagles are set up to be a force for seasons to come, would not be surprised if this is the first of multiple trophies for them

Agreed...but so many variables and they do play against better competition in the NFC. Especially from a QB perspective.

But I do have to say..that the best overall football team definitely won the Super Bowl this year.

I agree with this although alot of people pretty much thought the Seahags were set up for a long run of multiple trophies after beating Manning /Broncos ...

As I understand it. The Eagles have a 4 year contract (for salary cap purposes only) with Foles. If he is on roster next Feb he is a free agent. Obviously he would have a huge market right now for a trade.

The Eagles must trade Foles while he’s a hot commodity.

It’ll be interesting to see if he gets booed by Eagles fans if and when he plays against them.

The Eagles are in a tough, but a good situation to be in. Do you trade your hot commodity to the highest bidder or do you keep him for an another insurance policy for Wentz?

Pre-game intro's will be favorable..
but once the games starts....fa git bout it!

I think Denver or Minnesota will get Cousins. The other team should go after Foles. I think the eagles would take picks and give Foles the
chance to start.

Wentz is the franchise for Philly. They built that team around defense and the ability to run the ball with a solid TE in the middle. Kudos to them for winning without a lot of pieces.

Rumor is that the asking price is two first rounders for Foles. I doubt they get that but I could see a 1st and a conditional 3rd.

Although, if somebody does give them two firsts.......you know it is going to be the Browns.

Yea, I took a look at his contract, and I'm surprised the NFL approved it. It's a 2 year contract with 4 year signing bonus deferment. It circumvents the salary cap rule by spreading out the signing bonus over more years than the contract pays him a salary. I don't know why this is not a violation? But his contract is up next year. They have so much talent, it may be smart to pick up the draft picks for Foles, and draft a backup. There is a lot of deep talent this year at QB, so it's not a bad idea to bank one as a backup.

I wonder if they'd take LeVeon Bell straight-up?

And Foles would want to be a Steeler why exactly? Ben's already said he wants to play three more years.
