I like the stat they threw up durning the Superbowl. Like 14/15 completions against them vs the RPO this season.

Want to know why it works so well. When they radio in the RPO, if the Pats are listening, it still doesn't tell them where the ball is going, and they have to play actual defense. It killed them yesterday.

Rpo ?

thought the radio was changed to digital?

It is, and it's encrypted. Still doesn't mean the Pats aren't trying to steal signals.

The patriots hired some super high profile computer guys recently , like outbid google and microsoft for guys who are going to be making serious bank and of course refused to disclose their function within the org when the media asked about it

They lost their big inside backer which much like the Steelers hurt. When you have a flexible personell package and decisions being made on the fly. This eliminates Ernie Adams and gee look what happened unfortunately our 14 year qb isnt allowed to change the play little lone run an RPO

isnt "allowed".....what are they going to do to him?

I seriously doubt they would make him sit out any time, but they could certainly fine him for disobeying the coaching staff.

I'm sure this is all Ben's fault some how, the leader of the team should ignore the coaches, yeah sure once that came out people would be killing Ben, and blaming him for the **** bad selfish culture that is developing here

Just because it's digital and encrypted doesn't mean it can't be hacked...............the easiest way would be to get the codes
once they got that it's easy. PLUS guarantee yaz it wouldn't take a "high stakes" computer guy to do it either.

Salute the nation

Can't win games when the refs don't give them all the calls. Imagine that

So, what do you do if you are Ben? Run a play you know won't work or run the play and deal with the fine? How will it look to the players if they actually DID fine him for running a play that worked?

I think there is usually some truth in the middle. Pretty clearly Ben didn't have the green light to make all the adjustments a player of his experience/ ability should. But at the same time it seems like Ben likes to use the media to get his message across and perhaps embellish some things. I think Tomlin owns not getting to the bottom of the issues and if that couldn't have been achieved, firing Haley earlier. If you are not even going to look outside the organization, how hard would it be to have just promoted Fichner and been done with it. I don't believe Ben needs a yes man and I hope Randy isn't that. He needs someone who he can be on the same page and can help him prepare and more importantly react to what the defense presents.

On top of that, Ill betcha a dollar Tomlin has never fined anyone for anything and if he did, it was a very rare event.

If he didn't fine AB for that locker room BS or the water bucket kick, he isn't gonna do **** to Ben for changin' a play.
