Oh please, if Vader said it was going to rain T Bone steaks you'd be following right behind him with a knife and the A1 sauce.
You are delusional. First of all if you are insulted because I said "You *******" you are pathetic. Second of all I just said earlier in this thread that I don't think all that much of Tomlin one way or another. Your judgement is completely clouded by your hate. And your reading comprehension stinks. Oh drat, I've probably insulted you again. Sorry.

Look it's Pete and Re-Pete. Who am I stalking again, you might have to let me know since your delusions are talking again.

Not everyone can be a self proclaimed scouting genius like you, with an ego the size of North Dakota. I have to go and prepare to respond to Vader's upcoming angry retort because I insulted his other half.

You didn't insult me sunshine.
He gave it his best.
Supe hasn't been around much to provide his material
This is what it boils down to with the responses of people here that take offense with my opinion that Head Coaches have little effect on the outcome of games. It's because of the thought that if that theory is reality, it kind of let's Tomlin off the hook a little and apparently that is unacceptable and infuriating.
True. I don't think I've ever heard that the HC is basically the PR of the team. Hell Rooney should save that money and just promote one of his 3 former HCs on the team and let them do both. Wait.. if the HCs aren't to blame then how the hell are there 3 former HCs to even hire? Why do team even change HCs?
If I had to rank in order, an organization's personnel that most determine the team's wins and losses, I would go 1) Players 2 )Scouting dept./G.M. 3) Offensive and Defensive Coordinator 4) All Position Coaches, 5) Head Coach
Don't agree with this at all. Head coach is at the top, unless you have a powerful GM and the Steelers don't. Tomlin's fingerprints are all over this team.
Obviously the guys opinion is locked in.
However misguided that it is.
Off the hook a "little?"
You've basically suggested that he's responsible for a mere ONE PERCENT of what goes on within the organization.
You have some Tomlin DNA hanging off your chin, pal.
Yeh I'll have to admit Berm, we seem to get oblivious to the injury factor...and I ain't got no sand in my vagina, you can ask my wife.
Tomlin is a major problem, but the whole organization is lost and in shambles. Name one positive thing right now about the ownership, GM, coaches, players, past drafts, etc. What makes anyone sit here and have a positive vision of the 2014 Pittsburgh Steelers? This ORGANIZATION needs a total cleansing.
Besides Bell and AB, this team is vanilla.
