Hey guys,

I'm actually watching the playoff invitational games today since I just returned from an epic (and frigid) weekend in da Burgh. So grab a beer, or a whiskey and join in the fun!

PS loved watching our JV squad eek out a win to secure the perfect season of infamy for the Brownies! Just getting the feeling back in my toes!!

Hello Drunk Cope, my 2 part question goes as this

1.) In your opinion when was the last time we had a PUNTER with a great season and who?

2.) It's the playoff and on any given Sundy, I get all that but people are acting scared of the Jaguars if we so play them. I don't see nothing but
A win here. I know they have a tough D but in our first appearance we helped make that D look a lot tougher than it is. This time around should be way different story. What will Rothlesberger's stat line be and how healthy with Antonio be?

Thanks

for 1) I'm with you, I loved Sepulveda's leg, but he just couldn't stay healthy. Before him Jim Miller had some good seasons, even though Cowher loved to bully the crap out of him. He got a ring with NE after we cut him.

To tell you the truth, watching AB on the treadmill means he'll be doing water work this week, and won't be doing full weight until next week. It would be pushing it to expect him back for the divisional round, but he should be ready for the AFCC.

I will tell you for certain, Ben will have less than 5 INTs. The Jags are for real on defense. You have to play them a little more conservatively, and don't turn the ball over. Their offense is not good enough to beat the Steelers if they don't turn the ball over. That is how you beat the Jags. 0 INTs by Ben and we win.

Depends on what you re looking for. Since you watched the Steelers? Old school? with the Steelers majority of their career? All three would bring different answers. You would have to go back to 1938 for the best year average. Plenty of punters who were with the Steelers a short time who had solid seasonal stats. Dan had his career cut short due to injury.Joe Geri had the Steelers longest punt, Ernie Wheeler with the highest year average.Miller was actually 3rd on the blocked punt list with 4, but had the second most yards for his career. So I guess you can say Miller stood the test of time.Bobby Walden edged him out with the most yards punted in his career. But most of yinz probably don't remember him as his career rounded up in 77.

J-Ville ended the season looking sloppy and that isn't a good look going into the playoffs. Although I do have them winning their first playoff game. But I think that is as far as their QB will take them.

If anyone can get back by the first playoff game the Steelers play it is AB. He doesn't do anything normal. My gut tells me he will play the game, when the Jags come to town.

What are we drinking tonight?

I have a Guinness 200th Anniversary sampler pack. Had a Foreign Extra Stout, and my new all time favorite Guinness: Antwerpen Stout! It's a belgian style stout. Amazeballs!!

I'm drinking water and super greens foods all organic lol.

Hmm don't know what to ask.
I'm asking for some positive juju that the Dawgs make a 2nd half comeback :)

Thanks for the enlightenment on my questions so here is another off the wall Question and yet I'll keep it football related

1.) if truely there is a 90second review rule then how come there is a NY 3.2minute review ??

2.) What is the cost of the incline at station square vs the other one (don't know name) or are they the same and what is that amount?

3.) Can you order a Pramonti's Brothers and have them hold the French fries......... (Why would you want to do that)

4.) I can't Remeber the store down town but it has, as you go up about4-6th floor some original escalators made of wood and the higher you go (floors) eventually you end up just wide enough for your feet together. Pretty kewl but what is the name of that building (hint popular department store)

OK answer away....................(thank you

1) I have no idea. I thought the rule was you had to find irrefutable proof to the contrary. That's not the case...

2) Just took the incline Saturday! $2.50 one way. $1 transfer. So if you're going up and back in under 3 hrs. it's $3.50 a person. Kids under 5 are free! My little girl loved it!

3) I wouldn't dare tell them to do that. You either want a Primanti Sandwich, or you can go to a deli. If you're at Primanti's expect fries and slaw. Though a fried egg is also a must for me!

4) I do not know. I've never been in it. Could be the Macy building, but again, I don't know. Any locals know?

And what breed of bird is your avatar? I can't tell if it's a love bird or a parrot. I can't see the scale of the bird size well enough.

Looks like I guessed right. It was the Macy Building:

Can Bryant bring Clemson back against this good Bama D?

Also in the off-season which bridge does Saban go under in Tuscaloosa to troll?

Sent from my iPhone using Steeler Nation mobile app

No. Bama is a bunch of front runners. They get up and lock it up. Looks like an SEC national invitational final...

Saban trolls the Tuscaloosa bridge clubs of old folks homes. He's always placing advance sacrifice bids that forces the opposing team to forfeit due to heart palpitations. Now that is a TROLL!

What would you do if you woke up, in the morning, and walked outside and saw a peacock in your front yard???

I would have to google what to feed it. So I don't accidentally make it sick by giving it bread or something similar.

If you're sitting, you are pinching a nerve chain. If it's numb when you're still walking around and moving it, you may need to get it looked at.

I would lose my ****. LOVE Peacocks. Other than them being loud, they are beautiful birds and would be fun to sit out on the deck with a beer and watch them preen around.

Cope, Macey's is correct. A long time ago my son and I just kept riding upward on the escalators. I even snuck us by a door we weren't suppose go through and continued up. We got to a escalator that was narrow and ONLY one person type with the hard part moving also but all made of wood covered type belt. So amazing and at the very top was some sort of big wig in office and at first he was put off by us but when I told him where I was from he opened up, a lot. Was really kewl beans.

The bird is a parrot. I was about 150miles south of Veracruz Mexico (deep Mexico, poor as hell area, no touristy) working on a mission trip (church). I was walking around a little village (pop.400) and there in this door way was this parrot. It was a pet of the lady whose house. All awesomely kewl as the people were so poor but would offer you water (they had to buy water to drink) so it showed the kindness of the people. Sorry to say but nothing like here in the states............
