I'd actually consider him. If Conner wasn't injured, i'd say no. But the team cannot ride Bell until the wheels fall off.
Bell is too much of a crucial weapon.

Wanna bet on the "ride Bell till the wheels fall off". That's Tomlin's MO. I agree with having back up and actually use them but all season long CMVLT showed that wasn't the case. Hell James Conner our #2 only had 19 carries thought 9 or 10 games........WTF Coach Tomlin???

I'd be on the phone with his agent as soon as Denver submitted the paperwork to the NFL, and have a limo to the airport waiting on him.
get Ridley and his three fingers on each hand *** out of here.

Jamaal has a somewhat similar running style to Bell in that he isn't a guy who is going to run headlong into nose tackles, but will be patient and wait on holes to open.

I say it never happens because I bet the Chiefs aren't stupid enough to just release a player that any competition might pick up and use against them in the playoffs

Agreed, he seemed to get a bit better as the game wore on. For sure he's rusty as heck, may get back into game shape soon and be a serviceable back up.

I hope Jukeability comes back with game shape as he had NONe what so ever. Hell the tackler just had to plant and wait as Ridley ran to him.

I guess I am blind, because I could've sworn that he was a magnet and brought defenders straight to him, quicker than you can say Rid.........
 
I'd certainly take a look at Jamal Charles for the playoffs. He's a good backup to LeVeon Bell....much better ball security than Ridley.

Ridley fumbles too damn much!

Charles 2015-present
152 carries for 700 yards (4.61 YPC) and 6 touchdowns; 46 receptions for 320 yards (6.96 YPC) and 1 touchdown
