Report: Brown has torn calf muscle, expected back for playoffs
Themistoklis AlexisDec 17 2017, 19:51
Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown won't play next week, but is expected to return to action for the postseason after partially tearing a left calf muscle in Sunday's loss to the New England Patriots, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Torn calf? Done for the year.

6 weeks minimum

He's out for the season per Rappaport.

******* Ben forcing throws when he shouldnt....one WR DONE FOR THE YEAR AND A GAME LOSING INT

Perfect night

You are acting like a knob Spike. He put the ball where he had too. AB catches it 95 times out of a hundred. What happens after is football. The play at the end was ill conceived but was born out of the play before. You cant be stopped in bounds there. Shouldnt have been thrown their. The game was won the olay before. Ben played great.

Now Schefter is simply saying Brown is "unlikely to play week 16"

Time will tell.

we should ban Rappaport updates for this site, that guy is a ******* tool

makes securing a first round playoff bye all the more important. Let's take care of business the next two weeks, guys

2 penalties.

And Ben still kicked Brady's *** up and down the field.

And LOST...Are we giving out participation trophies now?

Let give'm one for winning the first half......

I guess that is a start since they have been owned by this team for the whole damned decade....

It old. Been old....And getting older every year.

Yes, the regular season. Rappaport did say that Brown will be back for the postseason.

After a variety of tests, #Steelers WR Antonio Brown has a partially torn calf muscle, source said. The hope is that he’s OK for the postseason. His regular season is over. No surgery needed.
