Part of the curriculum in "cop 101" is to embellish any aspect of a police report. The facts are argued in court. Any lawyer worth his degree (even cops) will tell you to never say anything to a LEO. They'll turn it into the crime of the century when it's time for their report.
 
This kid is one dumb ***. Potentially has the world by its gonad's, but continually want to blow his opportunity. I wonder why he just doesn't grab the bull, by its horns and take charge of things. Maybe he doesn't know how, no life guidance by someone of character? What ever the reasoning, this kid is REASON enough for the nfl to put NO TOLERENCE mode into effect.

Winston better come out this year. I can't see anothr year of college doing anything more than giving more time for scouts to pick him apart on the field and for his own dumb *** to get himself in trouble off the field.
 
Is this any worse than Peyton Manning t-bagging a female trainer at Tennessee?

That was my first thought. He sure did a lot of walking. I think he was looking for some safe place to stuff it under his shirt, couldn't find one, so he just said **** it, and walked out.
 
He needs to declare for the NFL after the season to get money in his pocket. He has expensive taste and a college ride will not suffice. He young and dumb. Hopefully, he will learn and grow up. This stupid crap he is pulling is showing his immaturity.
 
He's just getting conditioned for the NFL. Now all he needs to do is smoke a joint, hit a girl, and he'll be qualified. Then again, he already had a girl problem, so the NFL should accept that as a transfer credit.
